Went to this sky zone today and had a blast. This was my first time there but my niece and nephew had been to this location before. I wish i could remember the woman's name that assisted us but she was an absolute gem. Maybe around my age or a couple years older (35-40), shorter brown hair in a ponytail. My heart says Judy but I'm not certain. Anyway, she was so patient with each and every guest including the the group before me as well as groups later on. You could tell she took pride in her job. I would recommend this place based off staff alone. It can be very stressful to work/be around children all day ESPECIALLY during the summer, so I really appreciate the staff being so understanding and patient because lord knows I would not. 10/10

I'm giving this place 3 stars, 2 kids, $65, outrageous, the requirements of socks & now a shirt that has to be bought to be able to jump. Really? First, it's socks.. understood for the trampoline. But now we have to buy shirts. Wow. We won't be coming back for a while. They offer a monthly plan, but it's only good for 1 location, so what's the use if they are all sky zone! The kids have a blast anywhere you go that has trampolines. Cool activities. But this is too much. There are other locations that offer a better deal.

There are no adults monitering this place for safety. My 9 year old was literally hanging from the silks upside down because she got wrapped and knotted into them so bad that she was stuck! Her friend had to come get me in the party room upstairs (We were guests at a birthday) so that I could go rescue my baby... Luckily, some guy (probably a dad) came to my aid and held my daughter in the air so I could get the knotted silks off of her leg which was cutting off her circulation! We will be at urgent care tomorrow... All I know is this place should be monitered by adults. Not teenagers who sit their and do nothing while my daughter was struggling and almost in tears... Luckily, this situation wasn't as bad as it could've been...

there food was disgusting and it took 20 mins for basically rubber sticks (mozzarella sticks)
they did not give them our money back. us as young adults they were trying to make us pay more and spend money on silly things. My friend got pushed over by an employee and cut her arm so bad. We’re never returning.

Having a party here was a breeze. The location is in a nice spot, parking is easy.
The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Angela, my party host, was fantastic! The staff who checked me in and assisted me were all great.
The pizza was large slices so there was plenty for everyone. It didn’t taste home made but wasn’t bad! The soda options were great. The party room is spacious and felt private enough. We enjoyed it.
My kids particularly enjoyed the slides, but everything was fun!

Worst manager and worst employees…Me and my kids were there playing having fun…We went in the Dodgeball area there are none of the employees there to explain us that we can’t go there with my 3 years old child, for a long time me and my kids played alone in that area, one kid shows up (probably 6-7years old), took a ball and hit my child straight in the face.I took that kid and bring him to his parents and explain about everything. (and for sure they are sitting on that couch on their phones don't care about their kid).I can’t lie i was loud, Employees heard me and they come over, after arguing they start go against me because i supposed to be not being there with kid that age, but again no one told me or stop me to not going there.Long story short….after 5minutes manager showed up and tell me that we have to leave that building because i was loud and because my child was loud while he cried…BTW too dirty !!

I put 5 stars because there isnt 1,000,000,000,000,000 so bradley this goes out to you ? In the realm where clouds play,
A Sky Zone star with music in sway.
Jumping high, with rhythm and grace,
Spinning tunes, filling every space.
With every bounce and every leap,
Their music flows, a rhythmic sweep.
From trampoline to foam pit's nest,
Their beats inspire, a musical quest.
They guide with flair, a maestro's hand,
In Sky Zone's realm, a magical band.
Their taste in tunes, a sonic delight,
Turning every jump into a flight.
So here's to the Sky Zone's crowned king,
Where music and joy together sing.
In the boundless sky, they're truly blessed,
For they're the best, above the rest. If i ever have kids they will be bradley 1-how ever many kids i have and if its a girl her name will be bradletta. Bradley for president 2024 ????????????????????? ?????️?️?️Bradley ?? This brother needs a raise by 5,000,000% I idolize him

DO NOT RECOMMEND. i booked my party for my sons birthday and showed up on time , checked in, and the kids went to jump. The party person at the desk said that i would be able to get in the room 15 minutes early to make sure everything was satisfactory and speak with my party host about anything. (545 was when we were supposed to get our room) no one calls me, no one tells me anything, i go looking for a worker because we are supposed to get our room now and there's another party in our party room still. Someone at the front desk tells me its been an issue getting people out of party rooms. Almost 10 minutes go by and she comes back to tell me my party was double booked and we cant have our room until 630pm. 630 finally comes and we had to find our decorations cupcakes presents jackets shoes etc. and drag it all to our room ourselves only to find that NO ONE has cleaned the room. A worker comes up and can barely talk as she has no idea what to do (everyone that works here is a teenager). A mom from my group is telling her to get garbage bags and cleaner because we don't have time to stand around anymore we were supposed to have the room an hour ago at this time. She comes back with garbage bags and all the moms in my group have now started cleaning up after the previous party that was in there. 1 person from sky zone helped (barely). We wiped down tables, cleaned the floor, threw garbage away, wiped chairs because they had frosting and pop all over them( it was disgusting) Then we had to decorate ourselves ( which is also something our host is supposed to do.) The girl finally comes back and i ask when she's going to be bringing the pizzas i ordered and she was just clueless. i had to TEXT and CALL all my party guests to let them know we had a room finally, our party was never announced. She ends up finding my fruit tray and pizzas; bringing them and then leaves. I had to serve the 30 guests i had JAM PACKED in this tiny party room, no host again. the pizza was cold and I'm going to assume they made it well before it was brought because it was an hour after our party time. ( you only get an hour in the room fyi) so our pizza was cold. After the pizza and fruit was served a host finally shows up and says she's here to help and my only reply was, "for what at this point we have literally done everything already" she said that she has to bounce back and forth between our party and another party but she will be back to check on us periodically to see if we need anything, SHE NEVER CAME BACK. We ran out of beverages, we had to again serve the desserts ourselves, the leftover trays and utensils were never cleared. the amount of grease/pizza sauce/ etc. on the leftover plasticware in the room from the people before was gross. We had no host to ask for new cutlery. i mean it was just a horrible experience and i was so stressed out because these are 5-6yr old children, we were there late on a Sunday, everyone has bed times, we just had a daylight savings time switch that day, nothing was organized or in order, i am 100% unhappy. In the end i got a bogus excuse from someone that they were told i didn't want a party host ( WHY WOULDNT I WANT ONE?? ITS FREE I HAVE 30 GUESTS AND I PAID 400.00+ for this party, WHY would anyone ever say no?)) The worker ended up compensating me with 2 free cheese pizzas ($17.00 each) and giving me to 90min passes to come back. And she gave my son free dip n dots because no one gave him a "guest of honor" bag. -- I'm just applaud. i left. i was not going to create a scene in an environment full of children and in front of my family friends and their children but seriously??? DO BETTER SKY ZONE. This was the most stressful party ive ever experienced. i felt so awful for all of my guests having to stay so late and the cold pizza, having to HELP ME clean the room and decorate, and serve the guests. Seriously, the most unorganized experience. I've never been so stressed!!! Someone from corporate needs to call me.

My son and his friends thought they were enjoying a night out and their night ended in straight ridiculousness. The person who worked the desk “locked” their stuff up for a couple of hours and their belongings ended up being stolen. Now, only staff have access to the lockers and know which ones are filled and empty. My son’s shoes were stolen and his friend’s wallet was stolen. The wallet contained $80 cash. The general manager stated that due to it being Glow Night, the cameras did not clearly view who went into the locker. She stated that procedures and protocols need to be reviewed, and she was sorry. Well, although I appreciate her thoughts, this does nothing for my son’s and his friend’s stolen items. It is clear that employees are working the system and I truly hope that this establishment either upgrades their cameras or their employees.

Rude workers. Kicked my kids out of the wipeout attraction only a minute after being inside and allowed others to go in by saying “u guys wanna get in”. I asked why my kids were being put off and he said “it was a line”. There was no line. Same guy then follows us to the foam pit and yells “one at a time” when there were kids before mine jumping together but there was no outrage for them. I go to the front desk to complain because by then enough is enough and he lies and says that he only put them off to inflate the spinning thing inside wipeout attraction.. which was a lie. The manager however was very attentive and helpful and made the situation right. Cantons’ location is way better and has more to offer. This place doesn’t even have the open jump area. We drove 40 minutes out the way to be discriminated against. Waste of time, gas, and energy. Do better.

Excellent place for birthday parties! The staff is pleasant and helpful, there's a lot of space for the kids to burn off all their energy in foam pits/trampolines/long staircases to tall slides(that they will climb repeatedly), and there's seating all over for parents to watch and make sure nobody jumps on anyone's head. Highly recommend spot to let your kiddo go wild.
