Was getting my dip taken off, left the aluminum on TOO long so it started burning, took the next person that came thru the door while i SAT waiting! So leaving here with these NAILS undone! Very poor business here! always assist the person in how they came in the door, don’t SKIP over people

Amazing Job! I'm pretty picky about my nails and have been looking for a new nail tech. This place was clean & staff was friendly. I absolutely love what he did for me.

Came in with a friend for a pedicure. I arrived a little early, was promptly greeted and let them know I was meeting someone. Sat on their cozy couch while I waited. When my friend arrived, we were seated in our chairs and the fun began! The owner was very sweet. I believe it was her son who did my feet and he did a great job. Very nice and professional. The lotion and hot stones felt particularly nice. A lot bigger than it looks from the outside. There has to be 7 or 8 pedicure chairs and many nail stations. Give them a looksy; glad I did!

Excellent work! Yesterday was my first visit and Anna did a fabulous job on a new full set! Prices seem a little high, but new sets do tend to cost more in any salon.

These photos are the morning after a manicure I had the evening before at Signature Nails on Van Dyke in Shely Twp, MI. I had to go out of state the next morning so not able to go in to have them fixed. They would not offer compensation. The manager said polish doesn't last like shellac. They were so overbooked that I was given my manicure at a pedicure station w/o proper lighting or seating. BUYER BEWARE! NEVER AGAIN! One star because I couldn't post w/o it. NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE.

Beautiful nail dip by Sam So glad I found this place!! I went to 2 of my normal salons prior but was told an appointment was needed or to come back later. Since I had last minute time today a walk-in was needed and even though they were busy everyone was awesome and I didn't have to wait too long. Definitely will be back!

I’m sure they have good workers in there but I didn’t see it today . If I could up load some pictures it would be an embarrassment to this function, I would give it a zero, goose egg ,big fat 0/ 10 .

They do good quality work but their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced at an establishment. I make an appointment every single time I come here. They never take appointments into consideration, they overbook themselves in order to make a few extra dollars without caring about the quality of their guests appointments. They all work on multiple people at one time making each person end up waiting in between steps without ever saying how long it will be before you get started on again. When I started coming here it was never an issue but for the past 4-6 months it has been and I keep coming back hoping it will change. Today I went in for an appointment for a pedicure at 10:30am. A little over 15 minutes into sitting and waiting in the chair without my water even being filled, my mom and I started to get up to leave as I did not want to deal with being here for 3 hours like I had previously been. As we started to get up they rushed over to my mom and I and said no we can start on you guys. They then proceeded to fill up our water and leave us sitting for another 10 minutes. As we were getting up and they were trying to convince us to stay, another woman who had been sitting at an empty pedicure station got up and said she was leaving because she had been sitting there for 40 minutes without anyone acknowledging her except for when they seated her. Overall. if you don't have an hour and a half or more to spare for each service that you want done. DO NOT come here!
