Was recommended to come here to find shoes for my son who has leg braces. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Adelina who immediately said “yes we have lots of kids come in with orthotics”. She worked fast and efficiently to get a proper measurement of his feet and went straight to the back and brought several pairs to try. Unfortunately my son’s braces are super stiff and after 4 different pairs nothing was fitting on. Oh well it happens. If I could give more stars I would.Adelina gets five ⭐️ as does the business as a whole.

I called to get exact location of store so I wouldn't miss it. After driving for over an hour in bad weather, when I arrived the store was closed. They closed 20 minutes before the sign on the door. There was no notice on the door alerting customers of early closing. I would have liked the courtesy of being warned of early closure when I called 25 minutes before to ask for the location! Then when i called to see if someone was actually in the store just PREPARING to close because of the bad weather, the answering machine stated the new hours were even later than the sign on the door! I just left a message to ask for a simple explanation but never received one. I will keep my money elsewhere where i can at least get better customer service! And I have a couple of grandkids and I love to spend money!

My granddaughter has difficult to fit feet. She's just over 13 mos. I was looking for Stride Rite shoes and found this place. What a joy! The salesperson measured her feet & told me why she had difficulty wearing traditional shoes. She recommended styles to try. I can't remember her name but she was very kind and patient. Rare to experience these days. We bought 2 pairs and will teturn when outgrown. She fell asleep wearing them on our return trip home.

My son needed a certain fit of shoe for inserts to go into. I explained our situation to Adelina, and she was so helpful and patient with my son and found the right fit for him. We both left with smiles on our faces ?

My wife and I Searched all over for a local store, That carried Wide shoes for my Son. After being told by many large,brand name companies " kids shoe's are made wide already, just buy a larger size" I found myself a bit frustrated being given no other recommendations or choices, my son is 18 months and wears a size 8 wide.Then I found the store shoe strings, This store is professional, elligant, and patient. In a world full of Amazon trucks that run on the tears of small business, Customer service in my experiences especially concering retail has dwindled extremely. I must say it was so refreshing the way they took such good care of my little one. They took the time to gracefully measure his foot, kindly brought out plenty of options (wide sizes that is!) and all with a loving attitude and tender hearts. I will be supporting this company from hear on out and recommending them to all my friends as a family.Thank you again for taking your time with us making the experience positive and relaxing.Huge Thanks compliments to the staff and owner for such a pleasant experience 1000 blessings we hope your business stays prosperous.P.S. We had the best experience here today ? the kind lady running shop on such a beautiful day sized and selected some great shoes for our daughter that definitely fit our lifestyle! I could have cried it was so perfect! We'll definitely be back in a few months to select some more shoes for our beloved as soon as she wears these out! ? 11/10 experience for sure!

This store is delightful. It was wonderful to have such a large variety of brands and styles to choose from. It took trying on many different shoes before finding ones that were completely perfect in fit and style for my 2 year old granddaughter. This is the type of attention and service that can’t be found at typical retailers and impossible to achieve with online shopping. We will definitely be repeat customers.
