I bring both my girls here and most recently I was very impressed by Dr Smith. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with some good insight and suggestions to address my questions and concerns. I felt she took the time to make sure my dog was taken care of. The techs here are great as well and they have always been very nice and helpful. My only thing is they got rid of the plans where you pay monthly - I liked these because they gave me some sort of piece of mind.

Although this feels like a small town veterinary hospital, it has BIG time prices that can Bankrupt you. No wonder people need animal insurance. Make sure you have it if you go here.

Dr. Blough and staff are all warm and friendly. We were not rushed at all, and each person caring for our kitten was knowledgeable and explained in detail what the treatment plan was. I highly recommend Shelby Veterinary Hospital. :)

Everyone was wonderful from the moment we walked in the door, the front desk staff was amazing, the assistant, and the veterinarian!! I was blown away with the care and kindness we received and allowing my young son to be a part of the process as well. I will recommend Shelby Veterinary Hospital to anyone! All doctors are very knowledgeable. I meet with Dr. Blough and Dr. Smith. The techs are very friendly. They offer puppy plans as well for the first year that includes all the needs that makes it cost effective. They always call to check up on my baby if I bring her in. Highly recommend. Family culture that actually cares about you and your dog.
