“I just want the owner to know that when i took back the uHaul that we rented to get my daugther back home from a very emotional break up. I met the lady (Avery)who was so kind to my daugther when she called about us not returnuning the uhaul on time. Avery called my daugther the next day to inquire about the return. My daugther bacame up set and started to cry. Avery was very kind, empathic and reassured her she was safe and will be okay. Avery showed such great compassion and empathy to her. I just want the owner to know, you have a gem of an employee. Especially since sometimes people are not renting a Uhaul for happy reasons. Please send her my thanks and i hope she continues to touch people in what be there darkest moments.”

“I am updating my review from the recent incident that happened at Shelby location 6/19/24. I am updating the rating also to a 5 star. I have been with public storage locations for 5-6 yrs and had good experiences with renting storage over the years, so I am not going to let the one incident be tan overall final reporting of my experience there so here is the follow up. The incident was a misunderstanding, i misinterpreted the situation that happened, i did report it and they did listen to my concerns and my concerns about the incident did get resolved to my satisfaction, so it is my plan to continue to rent at Shelby location and i am giving a thumbs up for individuals to consider renting from this location and any other public storage location, and I recommend them. management obviously have performed in a professional manner towards me and my concern there and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I would say the best measure of how a company treat their customers is how well they service a customer’s concerns and their despair of a complaint being reported, and they performed well in my opinion. So with that being said I will rate this company at 100% of resolving my concern. Thank you public storage district manager overseer-Ms Jones. From Debg”
“M&R RV is always looking out for the people and items stored here! I pulled in to check on my boat after the winter months, got a phone call and was backed into another space that was open two spaces down from my boat and I was there on the phone for 10+ minutes. And someone from the yard came to check on who I was and asked what space was mine and had to show the remote opener to prove it was me. I guess if it's all about safety and security, they get an A++. That makes me feel safe that my items are always going to be safe in this storage yard! Thanks again, M&R RV Storage!”
