For health and sanitation. I used the restroom, and began to wash my hands. I had wrist and elbow surgery 8 days prior, and still have stitches even though the incision site is healing and scabbed over. Per post-surgical instructions, I brought the water up to my elbow, as I am supposed to gently wash both incisions every time I wash my hands.
I INSTANTLY knew I made a mistake when the SMELL of the water hit me. Water that smells *that bad* is unsafe and unsanitary for human use, and indicates an unsafe level of bacterial growth. I turned off the water immediately and patted myself dry with the paper towels in an attempt to limit exposure.
**I still got an infection from the contaminated water.**
The next day, both of my incision sites were inflamed with redness and swelling, as well as very warm to the touch. I am not an immune compromised person.
This is not just conjecture, I have been trained in and certified on the job, specifically for identification and correction of unsanitary and unsafe conditions. This is a serious issue, and if uncorrected WILL lead to a citation as it is a violation of consumer and employee safety standards.
Use of the sink needs to be restricted and have a posted warning to prevent use. An alternative means of hand sanitation must be provided. The quality of all water sources in the building that are intended for human use need to be tested.
Please enact these safety guidelines without delay to prevent further risk and damage to both consumer and employee health and safety. I will also be reporting this to external regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and minimize risk to the community.
Thank you for your prompt response and cooperation in this matter.

The prices are just actually baffling for a place who receives these items for free! I used to love this place for shopping for some clothes for my daughter or some home stuff. H&M is not expensive so don’t be charging full price for their outfits, 80 dollars for a picture? I honestly laughed out loud seeing how greedy yall are. you are much better off shopping and saving your money for the things you truly want

Prices are way too high and there's hardly ever anybody on the registers, long lines form and it just makes things more difficult than it has to be.
Selfish store.

The dollar store mugs were priced over a dollar. When will this store price stuff normally within reason?

I have been here quite a few times and it amazes me how much they are upping their prices. They have a decent looking bike in there with NO bike seat and have it listed for $130.00. The other older looking bike is $80.00 and then I saw a cute 2 piece outfit that they want $79.99 for. This is a donation center. You guys get everything for free and are meant to be a place people come to get things at a lower price since they are all donated. Sincerely disappointed with Salvation Army and have made the decision to only shop at not chain thrift stores because I know a lot of other people feel the same way!

Would not recomend. The prices on the tags were scribbled over with sharpie, marked up 20+ percent. The woman working the register tried to convince me that stains were "the fashion" of the items. Not a good salvo experience.

Customer service here is horrible! Ana or anyone else doesn't want to help you. Very rude and should be fired.

Employees seemed to give multiple customers a hard time about things prior to me getting in line. I tried to buy something and the tag was marked “2 pc” even though the top half was no where in sight. I really wanted it so I spent about an hour searching the store for it before I even brought it up to the register. I asked to buy it separately and she would not sell it to me. I have never had an issue like this at a salvation army, even when I find items with no tags. It’s likely the second piece has been purchased (without tags) or is lost in a bin somewhere, so I was extremely frustrated that I was not able to get this when it’s something I have been looking for.The last time I was here I used the bathroom and it was disgustingly filthy and had no toilet paper. Two bad experiences in a row at this location unfortunately.

Prices are kind of high for a thrift store. They do have some good items though. Selection is large the store is vast.
