I absolutely love this place. First time I went they fixed a botched haircut of mine, absolutely killed it. This time around I went dark and wanted a few inches off and some layers, and I couldn’t have asked for a better look! I love it so much! Everyone in there was so kind and you can tell they actually care about their clients. I highly recommend you stop in for your next cut or color!

I was there for 5 hours, my hair was in foils for 1 1/2 hours, and when they blowed dryed my hair it felt like they were burning my scalp

I’ve been going to Pynk salon since Fay was on 21 and Hayes; Fay is amazing and hands down the most fabulous hair stylist I’ve ever known. Her stylists and staff are awesome and make you feel like you’re at home. 20 years and plus means something when you’ve been seeing the same hair stylist for that long. Highly recommended and respected. Reasonable price and the best stylist in town!!!

Both of my sons have been going there for years for perms all was good until the younger one started getting perms and his last perm he ended up with a chemical burn on his scalp and now he’s seeing a dermatologist at 13 years old due to hair loss from perm so beware because i wish I knew now my almost 14 year old son is going bald due to foolishness of me allowing him to do what all other kids are doing. If only I could turn back time! The ladies and salon is great just things happen and trust me no one wants to be bald.

Very unprofessional, felt like they didn't care if I was there or not. I'm a retired beautician and never treated anyone like I was treated today.. Disrespectful horrible customer service. Do not recommend and I did have an appointment after 20 minutes I left and found a wonderful salon at 24 and Hayes. Sad , sad.

If you want to have horrible customer service and a hairstylist to do your hair like they’ve never been to beauty school trust me this is the place to go.. I should’ve read the reviews before booking an appointment.

I had my first appointment booked today with Fay at 10am where I did not get the service done nor have I ever written a review on any business ever. The doors were locked until 10:06, and the receptionist asked me if I “had time today” to wait a few minutes, then additional 15 minutes for Fay to arrive because she was “on the way”. It clearly didn’t sound like something urgent had happened which delayed her arrival. I say this because I watched her employees enter the building after 10am, which is when they open and the time of my appointment. No one seemed to be in a rush to be at their job on time. After I was seated, the receptionist and another coworker disappeared into a back room and didn’t check up on me. At 10:20 I grabbed my purse and walked out. I was in complete awe at this unprofessionalism. I would or have never shown up 20 minutes late to an appointment, so seeing that my hair dresser, who is also the owner of this salon, couldn’t show the same courtesy is beyond comprehension. Definitely meant to be that this appointment didn’t work out.

I had such an amazing experience at the salon. I Had been box dying my hair, a red color for about two years now and it was very dry and did not match my natural color of light brown. I came in and I have never been so impressed. Not only with my hairstyle that ended up almost exactly like my natural hair color, but the service was amazing. Nice cup of hot coffee and really made me feel welcomed. Thank you to the staff!
