There’s an older gentleman who claims to be the manager. I came in, hoping he would apply the tough toe on my month old redwing boots, and he was extremely rude. He did not want to help me out in anyway he stated that I should just bring my boots to the original store I bought them from.
And I wish i would’ve because he applied the applicant poorly and my boots look absolutely terrible please do not go to this location the manager doesn’t want to help customers and he was extremely rude the whole time making me feel very uncomfortable

Bought a $200 pair of "waterproof" work boots with a 12 month warranty. 6 months old they leak water from wet grass. I took them in for warranty service and they tested and said they only need to withstand water for 20 minutes and they werent going to fix the problem. Well to me that is water RESISTANT not "waterproof!" After they got my money they didnt care, I guess they are not lookin for return customers. I reccommend to anyone, do not go here, save your money and buy a pair of better boots!

When I went there you guys had other customers had to sit and wait more staffing would be better more selection issues would be more appreciated and for guys who have triple e feet you don't really have much of a selection

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Absolutely rude. It's time for the old man inside to retire. He was so rude, and unwilling to help me out. He did not want to help me out period. Also do not purchase red wing boots online they do not honor them at any locations. My boots are 10 months old and they curled up and shrunk so I was gonna get a new pair here. I changed my mind as soon as the old man started getting short and rude. Not willing to basically do his job.

First Time experience buying shoes for work. The gentleman at the counter greeted me, gave me the typical run down of how things are priced and what is allowed to purchase for my company. Since it was the first time in the store he took a scan of my feet to get the profile, I chose the style of shoe that I was looking for, and I was set. I saw what I wanted and it fit well based on the scan. Very pleased with the ease of the process.
