First time ever writing a review, bought a hoodie on Friday, wore it Saturday and brought back to store on Sunday to return/exchange for something else. It’s falling apart after wearing once. The fabric is falling out of it. Staff wouldn’t do anything for me. Still have the tag and receipt

Very big selection of product, but there's also so much everywhere that it's difficult to go in finding a specific product. I recommend buying online or having just a general idea of what you want going in.

Outstanding customer service!The store employee (regret i don't remember her name, she was from a different store) stayed with me to find sizes and items for 3 young birthday boys! Pleasant, caring, courteous, knowledgeable!

Rally House Shelby is jam packed with all sorts of team merchandise for Michigan sports teams U of M, MI State, Lions, Red Wings, and Tigers. There are so many unique items. A great place for gifts or to do a little shopping for yourself. I know I will be returning to. The prices are good as well. They have hours on game days if you're still needing something to wear. Really worth stopping in.
