I like this planet but the front desk is always distracted by the same people when stuff needs to be done around here like paper towels being replaced. The kid with the black perm and glasses and the lil baddie with the booty talking to them more than actually working out.

Planet needs to stop letting in highschool kids for free in the summer. It becomes absolutely unbearable for adults who want a cheap place to work out. Transferred the same day I signed up….

Today I came in 06/01/2024. Been coming to this place for years never ever had an issue with a staff member. I believe her name is Alyssa . I go I came in for tanning I said I want level 4 but not new light bulbs. She goes to me number 8 has new 7 and 9 does not. I understood her very well. I've been doing level 4 for a while. She kept on telling me its not 7 minutes bed 9 its bed 7 and 9 that don't have new light bulbs im like lady i comprehend . Even her male coworker even try to tell her to calm down. She spoke to me like I didn't understand her. Then she goes you have eye wear I said no. She says with attitude oh you need one. I go ill purchase no problem. So I took that room number to go to my tanning bed i just wanted to make sure to ask was it number 6 or 9 she goes you flipped it with an attitude again. So I came back I go why do you have an attitude because I don't like how she talked to me. She goes I don't have one. I go I understood what you told me . She goes it seemed like you did not understand me. So I told her f u she goes I'm gonna call the cops on you I go , Go ahead. Then she proceeds to tell me go tanning before I kick you out. I go no im not gonna go now and I left. You guys should not have people working like that infront desk. She wore purple gloves had shorts on and some big manly looking shoes. Little heavier set. I believe her name is Alyssa. I want someone from management to reach out to me regarding this matter. I also said I want to speak to a manager she mumbles like oh no you won't something to that extent. I wasted my time and drove up there for nothing. I won't be coming to that location anymore. She was so rude with me for no given reason. I'm pretty sure she's new because I never seen her there before. I've been coming to that location since April 2016. She acted like she wanted to fight me. She's a liability for your company. Her male coworker saw and heard everything. This happened around 5:19 pm on June 1st 2024. Addition. I did reach out to you guys few days ago on that email you provided . Still waiting for a response from you guys.

It is a complete gym, clean, spacious, pleasant, new machines, good trainer Joel, he supports you in your goals. Alison as a manager is very attentive and speaks to you by name which makes the treatment more personal. I recommend this Gym.
I have a black card and I can enjoy the gym in its different locations and countries without any problem.???? Keep moving!!!!

So here's my issue. It appears that everyone who works here right now is new and doesn't really know how did you do their job which is to tell people how to use equipment at the very least. Or even turn it on. I'm on elliptical gal. And I know I'm not the brightest fan on the back sometimes but this should turn on the same way all the other surrounding machines do. Something is myself maybe they are broken Maybe they just got any ones that haven't been all the way together yet something anything. So I'd ask several employees and I've been told more or less sometimes with no words only a shrug that does say without words the same thing.... I'm new, I don't know what I'm doing yet and I don't know anything about anything here at the gym and I'm not going to ask anyone who might . But I am sorry that I don't know nothing to ask somebody who might know the answer to that. I'm you so sorry about that" maybe the employees of the Rochester store know how to work the machinery and teach clients who have just started going there to use it as well. Just saying I'm not

There was a blonde girl at the front desk that said the N word, as a black person I was appalled to learn that she was one of the managers, I was just a guest but I will never be going back to that club. My friend who is a black card member will be using other planet fitnesses.
I would hope to atleast hear an apology!
