Unprofessional pharmacist and staff and inconvenient/sporadic hours.....Ive tried them several times thinking it may have been a one off situation but when pharmacist called me literally yelling, had me in tears over my Dr. error that was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It was unfortunate how I was treated.Would not recommend. If you look at good reviews they are all from years ago.

Doesn’t answer the phone. Doesn’t return voicemail messages and does not deliver on time. Currently has been 5 days since script (antibiotic) was called in. Even meijer doesn’t take 5 days to fill a script. I’m appalled.

This pharmacy consistently delivers on time with exceptional service! Throughout this crazy time thankfully we have been able to relay on Pharmascript to make sure we have all our medications on time with no trouble whatsoever. My family and I will continue to support this local business who has never failed us.

My son's dermatologist had two cream prescriptions filled through this pharmacy. My son is autistic and receives Medicaid. They did not understand how to bill his Medicaid, and when I tried to explain to them on the phone how it worked, they were impatient and gave me the impression they had better things to do with their time. The manager kept trying to end our conversation before I had finished getting my question answered. Terrible customer service.

Its funny and I have just came to the conclusion that this pharmacy got my dads information from their other pharmacy in Farmington thinking that no. One would read their medicare statements, 3 of my dad creams were billed at this pharmacy and on the top of that the pharmacist Mike billed my dads copay to a coupon from internet knowing that my dad has medicare and he shouldn't be soing this now I recieve an attestation form from Aetna asking why did my dad use a coupon for copay when I had no knowledge about this shelby pharmascript billing my dads creams he is at AFC in novi and has no reason to be cheged in shelby when the regular drugs are filled in Farmington Pharmascript zero start

Best pharmacy! I have my dermatologist send all my prescriptions directly to Pharmascript due to their excellent service and quality of pharmaceuticals. Dr. Mike is the best.

Excellent experience, went in for over the counter allergy remedies, pharmacist in charge took the time out to explain the different options and made a recommendation, I will be transferring my scripts over there for sure!
