My husband called at 8 am to rent a mini excavator. It was going to be ready at 10a.m he left his name and said he would be there and pick it up. He got there at 10 and they had rented it out. Not another one available at this time. He drove 30 miles one way to get it. Not very happy. Not good business. Will not recommend and will jot go back.

We rented a floor sander - Ryan helped us and was excellent! He showed us how to use the equipment, was maybe the best at just doing the whole checkout process super fast and he was very pleasant and professional. Based on our experience I highly recommend Oceana Builders Supply.

I love our ACE hardware. In the first place, they took me right over to what I was asking for instead of just sending me to find it myself. They go over and above what a Big Box Store would do. I purchased a mailbox (Made in the USA no less) and put most of it together but then made an error in putting the latches on. I thought the manufacturer had not spaced the holes correctly to match the latch. I took it back to the store to complain and see what they could do about it. The guy who waited on me checked it out & discovered I had the top and bottom turned around. He then finished putting the screws in correctly. He was very nice about it too. Where would you get help like that anywhere else?
