“I've been a member with MSGCU for over 25 years, since I was a teenager. They have always gone above and beyond. My husband and I went into the branch yesterday to handle an issue with our account. We sat down with Karen and I cannot even begin to say enough awesome things about that experience. She was calm, patient, friendly and so, so helpful. She explained things so I could easily understand and re-explained them if I needed her to. The issue took longer to resolve than we were there, but she made several phone calls to my husband and I throughout the day as she got the issue taken care of. “I’ve banked with Shelby State Bank for over 40 years. However, early this spring we thought we would try a more national bank for options. After 2 months of back and forth, poor communication, and needing “more documents “ for the underwriter…they denied us. I’ve never had that process take 2 months. Here’s the good part… I stopped in and talked with Kayla on Thursday and together we came up with a plan to help us out in 24 hours. Thank you Kayla, Ken, and Vicky for taking care of us. “I just walked into this place that I haven't been to because I always head to the MSGCU on Hall Road & I-94. This place is very friendly. I walked in with money from another bank institution to deposit it into MSGCU. The lady that I spoke to what very nice and caring. She def. deposit the money into my checking account and also warned me that my credit card is almost at the credit limit , did that on purpose, but she was very kind in pointing that out.”

“Luv this supermarket. Has everything. Good lunchmeats , Boarhead, as well as store's products. I buy the Kroger brand producfs/produce all the time. Good prices and lots of extras like points for what you buy, sale items included, all good towards gas purchases at Kroger's gas station. There is a jewelry department, pharmacy, clothing and tbeir own bakery, Coffee bar included. Make sure you sign up for a Kroger Plus card.”
