The last 10 years I have been going to this Metro PCS. I trust Greg to be straight & honest with me. Every time I walk in he remembers me, doesn't matter if its been 4 years. We got new phones this last week & as always is so patient. He was busy & still talked to everyone & remembered other people as well as they walked in. I go here because metro is a good deal and Greg period.

Sam is the man! ALWAYS go to Sam! He’s is patient and goes the extra mile. I made the mistake of using the website… big mistake! Huge! Just go to the store and if possible even if it’s a few minutes further, see Sam at 21 and Hayes. ❤️

Went here in March after having a lot of problems with my AT&T phone provider .
Sam , the owner , was really friendly and helpful getting me switched over to Metro .
I was able to keep my phone and number and also lower my monthly payment , which also included unlimited data .
My phone reception has also improved , no trouble with anything .
If you want great customer service and great prices go here and Sam will take good care of you .

I will go back and refer others who need a phone. Sam was amazing and hooked me up with a brand new phone. He was super friendly and helpful, I wish I could give more than 5 stars will definitely be back when Its time to upgrade. For anyone who needs a phone go see Sam. He's a really good guy!!!! And super friendly. No regrets going there today 12-5-23

He even took the time to explain all of the features of my new phone and made sure that I was comfortable using it before I left the store. I just had the best experience buying a phone. Normally when you walk in we don't know everything about these phones. And I just wanted to give a shout out to Sam at T-Mobile Metro at 21 and Hayes. He will officially be my phone guy. He took the time to transfer all of my information over to my new phone and he had to do it and various different ways he did not give up and say I'm sorry he stayed determined. And got me set upperfectly. And his honesty goes a long ways I was going to get myself in a Samsung but he told me abt getting into a 5G whole package for a cheaper price my dude!!!. Super chill well he worked he stayed cool, nice as can be, and still switching and fixing phones. So for all your cell phone needs T-Mobile boost 21 and Hayes free case lanyard for my phone and unbreakable cover. I can't even tell you all the price cuz it was that low lol for real though !!!!go check it out for yourself. So Sam you officially my phone tech welcome to the promotion.much much thanks . Sorry but this is the last thing and this is directly to Sam I am having a great time seeing how the phones have gotten so much better and how the 5G is so fast. Thank you so much I feel like I'm in spacetech. I got all my old stuff loaded and I'm only at 13gig out of 64 gig... Thank you thank , couldn't be happier
