We found Tom out of pure luck when searching for mortgage companies as first time home buyers. He is amazing! My husband & I had no clue what we were doing, yet Tom made it all so easy for us. He handled everything. Very organized, great communication, excellent all around. He even took care of things that were not his responsibility near closing to keep the ball rolling & we ended up closing 10 days early! Tom will not lead you wrong when getting your mortgage. He doesn't try to mislead you. He's a straight shooter and tells you what you need to know. I used Lakeside Advantage for the purchase of my home 4 years ago, and I still call and ask him question about it today. Tom from Lakeside Advantage Mortgage was the broker I used for my home purchase in 2014. Tom made himself available (even on weekends) for questions, and was present at our closing. The whole process was very efficient. Highly recommend.
