Jeanne at customer service is unprofessional..walks away to gossip with other coworkers instead of staying with customer. Doesn't give full attention to customers. Stated waiting for you to get off your phone as I was handing her my receipt and had nothing to do with me being on my phone as it's my right. No soign saying to be off my phone as this is not a government office . The entitlement here is ridiculous and unprofessional.

I placed an order for three coffees online, but when a friend of mine went to pick it up, Melissa had only prepared two. I called to inform her of the missing item and let her know that someone else would come to pick it up on my behalf. She initially agreed, but when they arrived, she refused to make the coffee. Additionally, she attached the wrong receipt to my order and appears to have used it when preparing it, which likely caused the mistake. This was my first time ordering from this location, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I lost the money I paid for the missing coffee, and despite its convenience, I won’t be returning.

The absolute best Kroger to shop in all Michigan. The employees are friendly and treat you like a loving family where you feel welcomed every time.
The place is well stocked everyday. It's a massive huge Kroger with just about everything from food, to hardware, to automotive, to clothes and toys. Very friendly place to shop.

I like the store itself - it's always clean and things have been more in stock lately, but they have a serious issue with their meat coolers. Quite often over the last few years (and even more often than not in the last few months), the thermometers in the meat coolers are reading 45-58.... they should be at 40 or below!! You can tell by looking at the thermometers at the top of the coolers, but even from a distance I can tell because the glass gets all fogged up!
I've told people at the service desk multiple times about this and they DO genuinely seem to be concerned when they hear about it, but it also only seems to be temporarily remedied - maybe a day or two at best sometimes! Idk what this store's problem is, but yall are gunna seriously make people sick! Please do something to fix this! :(

The lady clerk at the U-Scans on the right of the store said said absolutely nothing to me while I went to a machine and began to scan my items. She just watched. A young man took over and also said nothing. I had trouble checking out and instead of walking up to me to assist..he leaned against a U-Scan on his phone and called to me what to do. There were no other customers there. I loaded my items in my cart and before I even walked away he was straightening the area up ..I said thankyou and got No response at all. He made me feel like I was disturbing his phone surfing. I won't go through the self checkout anymore..not a good experience at THIS store.

It took almost 20 mins for me to checkout. I think they are purposely making it more difficult to shop in store so people use their Boost Membership and choose the curbside pickup or delivery. And I try to use that when I can (I have a boost membership), but sometimes I need to go in the store. Just be prepared to wait if you need an actual human to check-out. Also, 3 of the can-return machines were broken, so plan on waiting for that too.

They are currently moving stuff around, and there was a lot of stuff just blocking most of the isle space. All in all I mean it's a good grocery store. I use the pick up too and it's good. The grocery delivery from the kroger truck is great.

The deli was discussing they did not clean the slicers, and the person was coughing and had a horrible attitude like I was an inconvenience, so we will take our business elsewhere

Just ridiculous. This location has gone way overboard with how poorly they feel about customers.
Its bad enough you have to scan and bag your own items you want to buy, but then install intrusive check out cameras on top of denying self check out paying until a prompt sends an employee to come count your items and compare to the prompted total items scanned.
Yup you cannot pay until an employee over rides the self check out road block they have enacted.
Worse is even when they did this they previously had a glitch where the alarm use to still go off wrongly accusing legit paid customers of some type of bad action.
Wow krogers is now my least favorite place to shop.

Edit 9/1/23: I've tried to be patient but the grocery bagger named Jessica (now Jess) is a problem. This time my wife was with me to see it firsthand. I'll preface this by saying hiring differently abled people is great, that said Jess is not a great hire. She is not pleasant. Today she proceeded to pick both nostrils while making eye contact with my wife before haphazardly bagging our groceries. This isn't the first time I've seen this behavior from Jess. Now that she did it in front of my wife, I have to say something. I'm glad she doesnt handle unpackaged food because that is disgusting.

Jess is still picking/wiping her nose and bagging groceries in full view of the person training the cashier. This is disgusting. I only go there to get exactly what I absolutely can't get anywhere else. I also use their bottle and can return for beverages purchased elsewhere.
