HORRIBLE, if you have an option DO NOT GET MEDICATION filled here. If I could give this pharmacy a - review I would. The staff is very rude, not one person there was friendly. They do not care about their customers at all!

I spoke about them letting salesmen lurk around the main passageway. That's not the case anymore. Also, I spoke of this place being a sinking ship. That is still my opinion.

I wish I could give this Krogers a 0. Tracey at customer service is an absolute terrible human being. She should not be working in any position that involves her interacting with other, or maybe she is just racist. I attempted to return a pickup order from another store here because my coupons did not come off, and after calling management and basically saying what an idiot I am to my face among other things, she told me to return to the original store. I'm going to call corporate as well as the store management because yes she was that awful.

If I could give 0 I would. I’ve been trying to get a prescription filled for over a MONTH. And the run around I have recieved is ridiculous. And now, because it’s a new year, they aren’t even going to be able to fill it. I will NEVER be using this pharmacy. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Unbelievably rude! The techs and the pharmacist. They clearly don’t want any more business at this location because they just shut you down when you ask any questions.

I live over by Lakeside and will now drive out of my way to this Kroger even though there is one closer. It is HUGE. Super clean. Usually not that busy. But what really keeps me coming back is the staff here. They make my shopping experience a pleasant one and I always feel valued as a customer.

The worst, they don’t have a system for information a patient medication is ready nor reminder for pickup. They don’t inform the doctor if the one medication out of so many didn’t get covered by insurance. They just decided to put the mediation back on the shelf. 3 months of shots and so many medication for IVF, we get a failed attempt because of the missing medication. Hire more staff, get a better system.

Their system is always slow and weird and when you call. It says you got five items when you actually have two to pick up. Always behind on getting the pills ready.

Me and cousins were joking around in aisle 11 where the drinks were placed and some random manager lady came over with her shopping cart and started yelling at us for joking around. She told us there's no joking around in the store and told us to stop messing around or we're going to her "office". Another customer had to step in and tell her off and defend us that all we were doing was joking around and laughing as we point at the pie and sushi stashed in drink fridge. The random manager with her ugly a** cart did not have to come over and yell at us in front of plenty of other people while we were laughing at the randomest things. She rudely walked away when she was told off by the other customer as if she owned the place

Two days I've been waiting for my script that was called in. I called the pharmacy and they said they are behind. I have three more called in that the pharmacy does not even know about because they have not gotten to the messages from my doctor.
