RUDE RUDE RUDE! Did click list - order wasn't ready during pick up time, waited 25 minutes as I did arrive a little before my scheduled time and I could see that there was people ahead of me. Finally after 25 minutes I asked the kid who was working where my order was when I had seen others come and go that got there after me. They said it's just him and one other person working so I waited a little longer until there were no cars that I had recognized next to me that were all getting their orders. I finally walked up to the doors canceled my order and walked around the shore to get the items off the shelves. The time it took me to get the items off the shelf and check out was less than 15 minutes. I also called the customer service number to see what was going prior to asking the kid doing drop offs where I was told "it's not my department or my problem. I don't know what else to tell you other than wait your turn" and hung up on! When in the store to get my items I stopped by the desk and reported them to the manager where I was then told "I can't do anything but thanks".

Is it a Walgreens or a Kroger. It says Kroger but looks like a drugstore and sells Walgreens items. Except half the store is grocery but not nearly as big. Is this a new concept they're trying out? Newport is kink of a drug store desert, so it's the closest thing to a drug store for me. I'm so confused

Kroger NEVER has enough checkers to accommodate their shoppers so I don't go there anymore. For older folks the self-bagging can be very difficult too. No one is around to offer help.

Majority of items are never stocked. I've continued to try and give them a chance thinking ok maybe next week they I'll have stocked that item...I know the other locations have that item (and I will go get it somewhere else) but when I check again a week or 2 later those items are STILL not stocked.

This is our favorite Kroger in the area. We find that the produce is more often fresher than Meijer and the lines are way shorter. We have come at what should be busy times and we have never had to wait for a self scan checkout. We also love what we call the "cheese bin". Sometimes you will find cheeses on sale but mostly it is smaller pieces and they are all under $5. You can try different types of cheese without buying a big block and see if you would like it or even just get a small amount of a fancier cheese for less money than the bigger block. The store Is always well stocked and very clean. I can always find what I am looking for and even love the Kroger brand products. They have some great organic options for cheaper than brand names.

Don't bother! Half the stuff is out of stock! I went to pick up my Quick List order and instead of notifying me if I would like to pick something else for each item not available; they come out with half the order! Really good customer service you have going on! I had them take the whole order back! Ridiculous!

Its a fine store, we do there regularly for our quick shopping, deli and beverage selection. But we keep feeling discouraged more and more to go when every few times we go in there we witness rudeness from one of the floor managers Tiffany. Once she was rude to a customer. Another time we went in she was rude and rolled her eyes at us just for asking a question about a coupon. We didnt go back for a few weeks, but when we returned we witnessed her talking down and yelling at a employee right in front of everyone. The store as a whole works for us, but whenever we see Tiffany working we feel like we don't want to go back.

I placed an order on Monday and had it delivered to my home via instacart, was extremely disappointed by the quality of grapes that I received, first of all, I ordered red seedless grapes but instead received what was supposed to be green grapes, either the shopper didn't have any common sense or she was just a plain rude and disgusting pig who shopped my grapes right out of the garbage can, the brand is known as famous vineyards premium green seedless grapes, what are they exactly famous for? Shitty a** old grapes? It behooves me of some peoples mentality who roam our precious earth and how they believe they are entitled to a tip, well here's a tip for you, you do a good job, you get a tip, you do a shitty a** job you get nothing, you're miserable in your job, educate yourself to get out of the rut but don't take your anger out on customers because you have a shitty a** life.

Drive past this location.Instead of calling the physicians office to confirm a prescription they just denied filling it, when I contacted another local Kroger Pharmacy in Rochester about this they said they were just being lazy.Also, extremely slow at data entry... bummer because this Kroger is on my way home.

The pharmacy staff is very Knowledgeable and friendly. I spoke with a pharmacy tech named Dalia and she took her busy time out to explain the options for medications that my moms insurance would not pay for. Dalia also asked the pharmacist what meds would be good for my mothers back pain and they saved me lots of money . Thank you!

Love this Kroger. Huge market, they have a Starbucks inside. Cheese counter, fresh sushi, even a ready-to go food section, tables inside where you could eat. Always clean, friendly staff.
