I ordered some sewing machine parts in late April, maybe April 24th. I called on May 23rd they didn't have my parts, so I told her I wanted a refund. She called back and said my parts were there.

Ordered for pick up for the first time to get a coupon. I went to pick up my order and was informed that any orders after 3pm are to be completed next day. I explained I didn’t see during the order processing but no big deal I’ll come back tomorrow. The associate asked what I ordered and she said no worries and completed my order in just a few minutes! Super helpful and friendly. She didn’t have to complete my order but did! Highly recommend this Joanns. great staff and wonderful customer service!

I was helped by a lovely guy here - I think his name was Joey ... or Donney? It made me think of New Kids on the Block. (Sorry I forgot!) His customer service was unparalleled. This person was knowledgeable, kind, efficient, personable, and so patient when someone was rude to him. He didn't waiver in his dedication to customer service even when a crabby granny interrupted him with demands. What an angel. Joann Fabrics is usually a place I avoid, I won't lie. This guy, is a sole reason why I would go back.

Terrible, messy, never well stocked and always short staffed. When are they going to clean and straighten the store?

This store has really gone downhill. It's always trashed the stuff that they say is in stock Online is not on the floor and when you ask about it. They say they're in the back and they can't pull it. Which makes no sense. Because you wanna try and sell what you have so I don't know what their problem is

Myself and like two other people walked out of here empty handed because there was literally no staff to help you! The person I asked pointed me in the direction to go (even though I told him I already checked there) and I saw another employee tell someone she doesn't know because she doesn't work the floor (and didnt offer to find the customer assistance). When my phone is telling me your location has multiples of the item I need but I can't find it and your employees can't assist anyone, why spend time and gas making a trip to the store?? Times are tough but pay your employees better or just stick to online sales for the luv of gawddddd

The check out at this place is ALWAYS super slow during prime shopping hours. People take way too much time at the register to save literally 15 cents on a purchase. If toy don't want to waste 30 minutes of your time in the checkout line I suggest you come during a weekday at 10am

I'm giving 4 stars because some of the people working there don't have a clue about sewing. Otherwise the fabric selection is great and there is always a coupon to use.

Not happy. Went there to buy some fleece material to make blankets. There was 40 % off sign in each isle. I get to the register none of it is on sale and they seemed to not care or be concerned they have a ton of those signs in all 3 isles. On top of this was not able to use a coupon I had online. Will not be a returning customer!
