Great service all around. They were happy to answer any questions and explain anything I had asked for further details on from the inspection report.
Services they provided at this visit was an oil change, air filter & air cabin filter replacements and windshield wiper replacement (front and rear).
Service was quick and they went ahead and applied any discount offers available to my services I received; without my needing to ask.

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for about three years now and I try different location in Michigan and out of state. This one is the best best service. I love the experience how they talk to us about our vehicle giving us more information and the assistant manager are amazing. The team is excellent, same service nothing have changed but excellent

The service from the employees was excellent. However, when I went online to request a quote for an oil change, there was an additional six-dollar fee that wasn’t included in the original quote. Just be aware that when they mention ‘taxes and fees,’ it includes this extra charge. It would be helpful if this fee was disclosed upfront for better transparency.

There was a bit of a wait, they immediately came out to tell us the length of wait. When finally got in the bay, they must have thanked us three or four times. They explained everything they were doing and what they found. Then at the end the gentleman gave us $20 off for waiting. Got a customer for life now.
