We have been getting jerseys on Saturdays for years. After a long week it's our lunch treat , it has always been good but recently it has amazing. I had stopped getting the steak and cheese because it just wasn't tasting good to me , but in the last couple weeks I have tried it twice , omg whatever your doing keep doing it!!! My compliments to the chef ?? ?❤️

One of few (non-breakfast) chains I'll happily go to regularly.And nearly every time I get the #56, The Big Kahuna, with that oh-so-good pepper relish smeared across the bread.The people are always fast and friendly, even today, their national day of giving. Extra staff on duty today.I've never had a bad experience in a Mike's and that speaks volumes to me.Only complaint: it's loud.Vegetarian options: There are two meatless choices.Dietary restrictions: Ingredients & calories are listedParking: If you can dodge the Starbucks people in their Yuppie-mobiles, you're good.Kid-friendliness: Kids love sammiches!Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room but the line might be a bit tight

I visit this place at least once a week. I love the food and the staff and the service are always top notch. Other fast food restaurants should take notice of how a business should run.

They get a little busy during lunch rush. Other than that, the food is good and I've never had a problem with them getting anything wrong on my order.

Even though my subs ordered online were made incorrectly, I will still have to honor giving them 4 stars strictly due to the circumstances it had happened. This was during a special promotion they were running, and had to deal with a very difficult customer that was, in no better words, giving them the hardest time they could knowingly at that (you can see the small smirk during the entire process). They took it on the chin with the person and did a great job overall in handling this, which is why I can't... not give them the 5 on their service, although it wasn't to me directly. Had my subs been made properly through this exchange I had to bear witness too, they would have overall gotten a 5.

Best subs around. Staff is friendly and fast. Quality is great. The cheesesteaks are scrumdidilyuptious. Clean inside. Subs are on point.

I can never order mustard on my sandwich from here because they squirt it on and turn the meal into a lake of mustard, wiping it off never helps. Mustard should be spread on the bun, NOT SQUIRTED LIKE OLIVE OIL. So sad they don't train their employees well. How can you ruin a sandwich? Hey, don't serve what you wouldn't eat yourself.

the product and service was amazing until the lady that took my order, very efficiently I thought, until the cashier went to confirm my order. I let him know what I had said and because she had heard another number she proceeded to blame me aloud to her coworkers. though I know what number I said because I didn't even look at the half of the board with the number she had thought, I don't think it's a good or comfortable look for employees to talk smack about their customer especially in their presence without directing it to them or saying "oh I thought she said this" instead of insisting aloud that the customer said one thing and it's their fault. I've been in this industry for 16 years now and have never been so uncomfortable with how I was being spoken about for an easy misheard mishap. not a good look lady, but we ended on a productive note. words of advice don't speak illy about your customers at all and if you need to, let's not do it in their presence. especially when the miscommunication between the two was as easy as adding a protein to the already started recipe.
