Bianca actually came out to my car to see if she could help. She did more than I knew I needed. I hadn't realized that starting in a new address actually opened up a second account. My old address was still active. She dealt with closing that AND accepting the equipment....all while standing outside my car and going in and out of the store with me staying in the car. She made my day so much easier, physically, doing so with a smile and a caring heart. Visiting a Comcast store isn't always easy (even with helpful people in the past), but she made the location 5-star!”
