“Ordered for pick up for the first time to get a coupon. I went to pick up my order and was informed that any orders after 3pm are to be completed next day. I explained I didn’t see during the order processing but no big deal I’ll come back tomorrow. The associate asked what I ordered and she said no worries and completed my order in just a few minutes! Super helpful and friendly. She didn’t have to complete my order but did! Highly recommend this Joanns. great staff and wonderful customer service!”

“I was not happy to find out I received the wrong tile from the Ypsilanti store the day I was installing my tiles, and since it was closer to my home I wanted to exchange the wrong tiles with the correct ones at the Shelby store. I was not happy but as a business owner I understand not everyone is at their A game all the time. the way you treat the customer after a mistake though, makes all the difference to me. Sama, the manager, went above and beyond to quickly take care of the issue for me and fixed the other store’s mistake very graciously. I was actually happy leaving the store from the experience. Thank you again and kuddos to you guys to take care of a customer’s issue in a flawless way!!!”

“Had a great experience at Bob's. My wife and I went to 5 different furniture stores and were very impressed by the quality of the furniture, the price, and the selection. We had never been to Bob's before and thought it was more low quality or put together furniture. We were wrong! Great stuff, good quality, and our saleswoman, Irene, couldn't have been nicer!”
