“We did an online order for a pick up in store for a battery powered mower. Closest store was 45 minutes from our home and was the Shelby Great Lakes Ace. Ends up, the factory forgot to pack the batteries that were supposed to come with the mower. So, after a 45 minute drive home, we had to turn around to return it.
When we arrived the store manager was waiting for us with batteries and a gift card for our trouble. Didn't even need to return the mower and reorder like we thought we were going to have to do. Super great for them to correct the error when it was not their issue, and we are appreciative of it for sure.
We do tend to always have great experiences with Great Lakes Ace stores and this one is no exception. Over and above the standard level of service for sure.”
