“Pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon Relax The Back store in Shelby, with an errand in the same plaza! The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had regarding massage chairs for the home. They both took the time as I wondered the store at the many items they carry for a multitude of amenities to make life sitting at a work desk, more tolerable. I couldn’t leave the store without buying the inflatable neck stretcher, as well as a roller for needing out tight muscles. I will definitely be back with my husband to make a final decision on massage chair while the Black Friday sale is on for Christmas.”

She didn’t hover or follow us around constantly and if we had a question she was super quick to find and help us. “The drive up experience was perfect! I placed my order online and realized I forgot something. There was a button that actually said “Forget something?” So I placed a second order for the item I forgot, and Target told me online that I’d be getting both orders at pickup. When I let Target know via the link in their email that I was on my way, and then checked in when I got there, it told me that I had 2 orders coming out. Great communication! The young man who brought out the orders was very friendly and pleasant, too. An all around great experience that I will be doing again!”

“Target is always target you can depend on the brand for offering certain items and they are open late. This location is clean, organized and they have a helpful staff. I am not sure I am crazy about the new set up of the stores but that has nothing to do with this location i realize that's a corporate decision. Always a staple!”

“Target store with a lot of inventory and decent produce selection for target. Their guest services line is usually short and goes fairly quickly. They also are really good about order pick up and curbside delivery with short wait time. When doing curbside there wasn't a phone number posted to call and for some reason the app wasn't working for me so if you come across that just call the store directly.”
