I was not happy to find out I received the wrong tile from the Ypsilanti store the day I was installing my tiles, and since it was closer to my home I wanted to exchange the wrong tiles with the correct ones at the Shelby store. I was not happy but as a business owner I understand not everyone is at their A game all the time. the way you treat the customer after a mistake though, makes all the difference to me. Sama, the manager, went above and beyond to quickly take care of the issue for me and fixed the other store’s mistake very graciously. I was actually happy leaving the store from the experience. Thank you again and kuddos to you guys to take care of a customer’s issue in a flawless way!!!

So many options and selections it would be extremely hard to not find what you need here . Also, the employees are super friendly and helpful. Dog friendly!

I got tiles for my bathroom,one of boxes was damaged.I went there to return it and they told me that they don’t believe me.That was CRAZY,they accused me for the tile damage,and refused to refund me.I don’t recommend this store at all.

Pretty much anything you want as far as tile. They do have other flooring too, but it's mostly the tile what brings people in.

No customer service at all. Everything was scattered and difficult to find anything. I only found two helpful employees. The rest of them acted like I was interfering with their work yet they don't realize that customer is the reason for their work and I won't be back

Meh. I came the first time to look at flooring since I needed something asap. Getting someone to help was pretty difficult, but eventually a younger guy came to help and was really nice. They let you buy samples for 5 bucks each which is okay except they don't label what they are, so you basically have to return to the store AGAIN to get the item in person instead of ordering online unless you want to just guess. I did decide to come back and purchase it in store. Again, I had to track down someone. There were about 5 employees socializing and ignoring me but I found another employee finally who was clearly very stressed since she was doing all the work. She was able to get someone to help me load the flooring on a cart. I would think that most people need help with this since flooring can be very heavy, but when I asked if they could help load the items into the car they looked at me like I was a total idiot. Is this not a common request?! Also, they made me push the items to the front register (this is not a small store btw) to pay but then told me they would load the items in the back bay. So why not have people check you out in the back?! The woman working at the front cashier was honestly pretty unfriendly and I felt bad she had to leave her work to walk the items to the back of the store because apparently no one else could help her out? The system here is not efficient at all. Oh, and I know they can't of anything about this but there is hardly any parking since they share a lot with a very popular gym.

I've been buying from this place for the last 7 years and it has going down hill faster then Lindsay Von (professional downhill skier) in the Olympics. Pricing is compatible to its quality and middle of the road for budget purposes. I personally only use their grout for ceramic and porcelain tile because it's texture and consistency are the best. The website, their customer service, and email instructions are absolutely terrible (insert Charles Barkleys terrible here) I've been here 4 times lately, and three of them I could not get a shopping cart because there were none available. Trying to find someone in the store, to help you, is nearly impossible, and there is usually only one cashier at best with long lines. In my last experience today, my wife checked me in for curbside at 12:35. I waited 40 minutes and no one came, and I walked in the store and told the cashier. She told me I needed to pull in the back of the store, with these instructions were never mentioned in the email, and there are no signs of front to tell you this. I gave her my order number and she said they would have it ready. Just pull around to the back. When I pull around to the back I parked and I waited another 40 minutes. I finally walked in and they pulled my order and told me it would be a few more minutes. The curbside pick up option here is very confusing and they do not give you any directions or assistance and how to pick up your product. To be honest with you, I didn't really make a big deal of it, because I was not feeling good, and I was sitting here catching a break while on my heated seats, nursing my back injury. If you're looking for a fair price, and a good quality of ceramic, porcelain, or Marvel, this place has that. Do not expect customer service though. I personally prefer lumber liquidators for any vinyl or plank, flooring, or hardwood flooring. They are much smaller, but don't let their options. Cool you and their customer service is five stars compared to what you get here Zero. Lastly, I recommend coming here in person versus looking online. There have been numerous times where I have been here in the product. In-store are not shown on the website and do not come up. So if you're looking on the website, you will not see everything. The store has to offer.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE FOR BUSINESS. THEIR DELIVERY FEE IS GRUESOME AND DO NOT MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS AWARE OF THE INSANE CHARGES. My parents both speak little to no english and came here to purchase some tiles. The tiles that we ordered were delivered to our house by the company, we as a family decided that we were not going to install the new tiles anymore and loaded them back up in the car to return back to the store, needless to say none of the boxes were ever opened, touched or broken. All products delivered to our residence were in their boxes in the same condition they were brought to us. While awaiting the refund, my parents were told they were not not going to receive $352.80 of their money back because that was just the delivery fee. I looked back at the first receipt and was completely shocked that my parents who speak no english were unaware that they just paid $1082.00 for tiles and a massive delivery fee. I had a vehicle delivered to my home cheaper then these tiles were delivered to us. We live approx. 5 miles from this company, i have absolutely no idea as to how they quote their delivery charges but we are NOT hours away nor were they heavy tiles. The fact that they charge that much and refuse to return it is absolutely absurd, we really wanted to install the tiles but it was not what we as a family decided to do, and I was extremely upset that my parents were completely unaware of these charges because there was no way we would have agreed to have them shipped to the home by this company, they are not far and we would have simply picked them up ourselves, the same way we loaded them in our vehicle with zero issues and brought them back to the store. Extremely unhappy with this service.
