This store is garbage. No matter what time you go, there's a middle eastern woman with 40 packages holding up the line and one person working. The woman working there today doesn't even work at that store. She was left unprepared and alone. Literally, will only go to UPS from now on. They actually staff their stores.

DO NOT USE FED EX. 0 stars. My package was not empty when I dropped it off. When the package was received, it was empty. This isn't even the packaging material I used.

I’d just like to commend Diane, this poor woman working alone, training a kid on his first day, has 15 people in the store, a line out the door, some lady causing a scene making phone calls to the fed ex higher ups about a missing package, another lady flipping out cause she waited twenty whole minutes then stormed out to go elsewhere and poor Diane getting it all done, keeping her cool and being super professional. I’d have pulled my hair out and walked out the door. The fed ex place is under staffed and Diane is underpayed! 5 stars for her

Took half an hour for someone to assist me with only one other person in there. Was told to leave package there and they would handle the rest. Item ended up arriving completely destroyed. Should have never trusted them to finish taping the package.

I don't know why this FedEx shop has so many 1 star reviews... some of them aren't even related to FedEx, their related to some other business. Anyways, I've had good experiences with shipping out of this shop.

The person who closed last night decided to work on sending and licking envelopes for 15 minutes before helping my significant other. He walked in the said worker immediately said give me a second….we were just waiting to ship a package I didn’t know envelopes were more important than helping your customers. I am truly disappointed in the service of the workers here it was a very quick and fast task to help him send a package I don’t know why this wouldn’t be a first priority. We also wanted to make sure our package was taped and the guy just goes I’ll tape it myself how can we trust that the package will be taped and delivered? This is really bad service and one of the worse experiences we’ve had.

There was a mistake made on two deliveries I sent out two weeks ago, HOWEVER, Kaje was super helpful in getting things sorted out for me. It was a long and confusing process but he mainted professionalism and a positive attitude throughout the whole thing. The manager (Diana?) I don’t know if I caught her name correctly, she also stepped in to assist Kaje and I in sorting it all out, they were both apologetic and friendly even though the process of correcting everything was way more complex than it needed to be (thanks to corporate) I will still come back to FedEx for the customer service in store alone. Times are hard and people can be so awful sometimes, so their kindness and positivity is worth a trip to this location. Thank you Kaje!

Zero star! Lost my important documents. If anybody dropping off anything in their drop off box please have a video with your cell phone. If they messed up they will never take a blame. It’s taking them forever to watch 20 minute video which will prove that I was there to drop it off . At this point I think they are not doing anything to find my documents. Their investigation process is long. If they say 24hours just assume it’s going to be more than 72 hours.

I had a wonderful experience coming to FedEx I had no clue how to get my shipping label and Doug helped me out with a big smile ! Definitely recommend coming to this location I left very happy !!!!!
