Great car wash and friendly staff. Love that Shelby location has EV chargers. New location on Schoenherr, north of Hall Road has indoor vacuums which is also a nice touch! Great that there’s so many locations in the northern Macomb County area.

Been coming here for years. Today I came in for a regular wash, the attendant came over and offered an $18 membership for 2 months of unlimited washes. I specifically asked “will this lead to any recurring charges” and she said no- only $9 charged twice, once today and once in one month. After she took my credit card and charged it THEN she decided to tell me that if I don’t cancel by the third month, I’ll start being charged $30 per month. Just another example of a business that profits by being a parasite on your credit card. If you do decide to use this place, just pay cash so they won’t be able to scam you too. I won’t be back other than my obligated time to cancel my membership.

Have been a member here since the Brothers flipped it from being Earl's.
The vacuums are great as are the Air nozzles to remove debris.
The hidden gem are the floormat washers.
I frequent, here and the one on Hayes/18
&
M59 and Schoenherr.
I've come to know the GM Quinn, very well.
This man has the golden rule memorized and lives it out.
Any concern, he is on it.
Got a compliment, he faithfully recognizes staff, especially Matt.
We have had two cars on the plan.
Billing issues are never a problem.
Say Hi to "Q"
He is a fine young man, charismatic, super brand Ambassador.

I love going to this car wash especially compared to all the other ones in the area because all the amenities for cleaning the interior of the car. I’ve had their monthly membership before but cancelled it because it was a bit much for me. But Bryan let me know that with a new license plate I can renew it for $7 a month for two months which was awesome to hear!
If there’s one thing I’d liked changed is the membership options. Maybe including one where you can buy a bundle of washes at a discounted rate. I preferably don’t get my car washed often.

As I just sold and bought a car I needed to cancel and the staff member was very helpful in helping me sort everything out. He also told me about the new location with indoor vacuums available for members at Hall Road and Schoenherr. Been a customer for years, always a good experience.
