I was taken by ambulance to hospital with a pitched nerve and spasms. I’ve been waiting for 2 days to get my pain medicine Pharmacy just saying it was ordered and I would have to get ahold of ER doctor to write a new script. I wonder if they would be so patient if they were in pain.

Been using their drive thru pharmacy many years now, and I must say they are the most caring, helpful and kind, especially patient pharmacy in the biz, so many others are just plain rude, stay the best! Thanks guys! Hope to see u many more!

Pharmacy always efficient here. I just don't understand the 3 foot long receipts at CVS. If the paper was softer you could tape a few together and make a roll of toilet paper.

I utilized the delivery option for my rx. I received an email that my rx was delivered 12/6 to my residence, however, there was nothing in my mailbox. I called and spoke to the pharmacist Saturday 12/10 who said she would look into it and call me back. She did not call me back as promised. I called back Sunday and spoke to her again, she said the manager would call me back. The manager never called me. I then went into the store personally Monday, 12/12 and the pharmacist was visibly annoyed with me and my issue. She said the manager will call you today, if he doesn't call up here before 8:00 p.m. He in fact did NOT call me so I called there. He was not helpful and said the medication was delivered so there's nothing we can do. He asked me to talk to my neighbors or post on a community site to track down my rx that I am now out of. I had to call my dr. for an refill and pay for my script again. Your staff handled this poorly.

The Pharmacist team is the best. Very helpful, patient and kind. The help on the floor are also very kind and helpful. Unlike CVS pharmacies in Florida.

Worst cvs pharmacy I've dealt with. I'd like to say it is an isolated incident but it's consistently bad here. Transferred all my regular scripts to mail order, and I'm going to have to find somewhere else for one off prescriptions.

I go to CVS often and this is easily my least favorite location to go to. The workers are nice enough, the store is clean but the sale tags are hardly ever posted and if they are, they only post half of them so it is hard to tell which items apply for different promotions. I try to avoid this one but every couple months I forget and go there, and quickly am reminded of why I avoid it. I am not sure if it is their registers or what, but they never correctly take off my coupons and when a manager gets involved they always say "sorry it doesn't work like that." For example, if there is a 3/$12 Pantene promotion and I have a $4 off $12 Pantene CVS coupon and a $5 MFR coupon they will not take both of them EVEN though the CVS coupon policy clearly states "You can use both a manufacturer coupon and a CVS® coupon on the same item." If you are just looking for a CVS to run into, it works great, but if you are trying to use coupons or look for sales from the Weekly Ad, just go to another one because I have walked out of their multiple time empty handed because I do not want to argue with them but know that they are not following CVS's coupon policies and it is extremely frustrating to me.

I usually have a great experience at this pharmacy, the pharmacists are helpful and ready to answer any questions I may have. However, I did recently have a negative experience with a technician who was helping me who was named Tammy. She had a negative attitude towards me.

Parents beware! I bought gripe water here for my infant and it was more than two months expired. I called to let them know and pull from shelves immediately and was told they’re short staffed. I would hate for anyone’s baby to be harmed by expired meds ?
