This pharmacy has the habit of shutting down the metal windows the second the clock hits closing, despite who is waiting in line for forever. The new phone system is absolutely atrocious, you have to go through 10 different prompts and then can only leave a voicemail

I went into this CVS on January 4th, 2024, to cash in a $200 scratch-off. The cashier told me they didn't have enough money. This happened to me twice before here....once with a $100 winner and a $50 winner. Now I see a pattern here. I called the Lottery Relations Office and reported them. This store has no problem selling lottery tickets but won't pay winners. This store is a lottery retailer. It seems they have an obligation to pay winners. It will be interesting what the Lottery Relations Office has to say when they call me back.

Not even exaggerating, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life from the pharmacy. I wish I would’ve got the lady’s name but she had nothing but attitude and I was asking questions and she kept cutting me off and refusing to hear them. I work with patients and I understand frustration when someone is coming at you rudely but I wasn’t rude at all I just wanted to pick up my RX that I’ve been waiting weeks for already. I drove all the way up there between 2 jobs to figure out what’s going on with my RX and left without any questions answered and angry because I was talked to like an animal.

I love to buy at CVS , it has the best seasonal products, beauty and pharmacy care and I love all the coupons that I got.

This place is filled with liars. First they said my prescription was filled and put in storage cause I didn’t get it right away. Then they said the prescription wasn’t filled cause it was $80+ dollars they said they didn’t think I wanted to pay it. Then they said the script wasn’t even filled. How many lies do I have to hear before the truth. Then when I called they said the lady didn’t tell me all that. When she actually did. I do not like being called a liar then being lied to on top of that. I wish I could leave 0 stars if given the option.

I'm a physician. I went in for a free flu shot. The sign says walk-ins welcome. When I got there, they told me I could not have a flu shot. I would have to go home and make an online appointment. Walk-ins apparently are not welcome

I rarely if ever leave reviews but wow were the people at pharmacy incredibly rude. I get that sometimes people have bad days but this was on another level. Hopefully it was just a one time thing but based on some of the recent reviews here it looks like it’s a trend

The pharmacy staff is so rude or at least some of them. The first girl that was helping me was very nice (I believe she was technician) but after I called back, the second girl that was helping me was so rude. I was just trying to be persistent and reaffirmed the situation and she was giving me an attitude and I believe she was the pharmacist. This just disappointing especially coming from a former employee.
