Awesome gym, so much space, tons of Rogue gear, huge rig, flooring is wonderful. The coaching is excellent and the WODs were challenging but could be scalable if need be. The owner and his team treated me like a long time member even though I just dropped in for two weeks. An amazing gym to train at with awesome people.

Dropped in for a workout and had a great experience! The community was so welcoming and nice. Mikey, the owner, took the time to explain everything and show me around before the workout. Very attentive and good programming! Would recommend!

As someone who had never tried crossfit, and was a beginner on my fitness journey, I was super nervous to join Teneo. The coaches are amazing and the people are incredibly supportive, everyone made me feel welcome! Every day is different, which keeps the workouts fun.
