“I've been a member with MSGCU for over 25 years, since I was a teenager. They have always gone above and beyond. My husband and I went into the branch yesterday to handle an issue with our account. We sat down with Karen and I cannot even begin to say enough awesome things about that experience. She was calm, patient, friendly and so, so helpful. “I just walked into this place that I haven't been to because I always head to the MSGCU on Hall Road & I-94. This place is very friendly. I walked in with money from another bank institution to deposit it into MSGCU. The lady that I spoke to what very nice and caring. She def. deposit the money into my checking account and also warned me that my credit card is almost at the credit limit , did that on purpose, but she was very kind in pointing that out.”
