This is now an advisory branch. It seems like they parry more people away then actually help. The only helpful thing there is the atm, don't bother with anything or anyone behind the counter.

I made a deposit and told teller that I wanted to cash the check so that I could make the funds immediately available. The teller didn't do it correctly and now my account is showing over drawn and I hold has be put on the check which is a citizen account. Very ?

Just fantastic that you guys are open on Sundays!! I am wicked happy and I was able to be helped by a woman at the counter with a friendly manner who help me to get my task done quick and easy I really appreciate it! I love citizens bank!!

I like this branch. The people are friendly and know my name. The lines are never long when I visit. Also, they have notary service which can come in handy. I also love the Sunday hours.
