Had a great time with my family exploring the herb garden, lavender labyrinth, and orchard. Tried a cherry strudel that was great. Well worth the drive alone.

We love this farm market and bakery. Just amazing cherry desserts and homemade bread and jellies. And their ginormous herb garden is laid out in a circle and so beautiful!

Ways a great time. Love coming here we try and make it a yearly stop on our way to dunes harbor family camp. Best cherry pies and turnovers! This was the second time we got a cherry pie so fresh it was still warm! Made with no unnecessary additives or colors. The lavender labyrinth is coming to life right around this time too!

The cherry strudel was amazing and delicious fudge. Beautiful garden/labrynth. A lot of nice little things offered.

Overall great little store but need to have more availability for pies being already baked instead of having to take & bake. Not everyone has the time for all of that. Staff is great, friendly. I'm only giving constructive criticism so please don't take this personally.

Absolutely love this place! Beautiful, serene, friendly people! You must try the cherry pastry and pie, walk the labyrinth, read the stones and breathe in the fresh air.

Still the best cherry strudel I've ever had. Not cheap, but they have to make money when they can.

We loved our stop here! We grabbed some fresh asparagus, jams, gifts, coffee and soap. Everyone was very warm and friendly and their garden was AMAZING. The employees were very educating and passionate.

This is amazing place with a wonderful feel. It almost doesn't even feel like it's in Michigan. The market is great, there are broils on Friday nights, cherry trees, lavender, the list goes on and on.If you need a family outing to somewhere unlike anwhere else, this is the place to go.

It's just the cutest little market with apples, jams/jelly, T shirts, baked goods including some frozen savory streudels (garden and asparagus). We met Barb Bull and she told us about the books she's written with all of them available at the store. I picked up her first, Cloud Cottage, as I love to read stories that include local areas.
This was the last weekend of the season...I will be back in spring/summer!

Very impressed. Lovely location. Get your reservation in early for their famous fish boil. Hours early? Nope. Days early? Weeks? Nope. Months early, actually. It's that good.Get there early for a walk around the property and some shopping for local fruit jellies, post cards, books and pastries.

Cherry Point Market near Silver Lake Michigan is a quaint little Fruit & Veggie, Bakery, Market. But that is just the beginning! The owner Barbara is an award winning author and has her books at the Market available for purchase. Be sure to pick one…or all of them up! Any of them would be a perfect book to read while you are munching on a Cherry Strudel!Cherry point is famous for their CHERRY STRUDEL, do not leave there without at least two because I guarantee, once a strudel is unwrapped you will suddenly find family and friends sitting at your table with fork in hand! They are homemade by Barbara and her staff and are absolutely delicious (as is everything they bake there). Oh, by the way they also ship them…great for gifts!A large welcoming Lavender Labyrinth and Herb garden are a must see. (mid-summer is best for full blossoms)The market is a frequent stop for us, and has been for many years. We’ve never been disappointed in their baked goods and we have tried almost every one they make!Prices are reasonable, in addition to the baked goods, there’s a variety of souvenir items, apparel, and lavender products.Tonight a group of our cousins attended one of their outdoor Fish Boil Dinners. It’s a really unique experience that you need to try at least once. There’s a lot of history to the way the fish is prepared and Barbara gives a very interesting presentation on how the fish boil process actually works. The skillful “Boil Masters” do an amazing job of preparing the fish, and the big event of the process is when they throw kerosene on the fire to make the pot boil over, releasing the oils. It’s truly an amazing thing to see!We sat under big trees, on long, white, painted picnic tables sporting colorful pastel table cloths. There were a few children there, but the groups were mostly adults tonight. The food was more than plentiful… a delicious feast of Lake Superior Whitefish, redskin potatoes, onions, coleslaw, garlic toast, specially created herb butter, and best of all…tada!…a slice of cherry pie with ice cream!Cherry Point is a great stop on your next trip to the Silver Lake area!

Found a few things we liked but were pretty costly so we only got a few items. Brought another person with us and the item she purchased had no flavor. She was so tickled at us to bring her to this place and we felt bad that her purchase was a disappointment. Maybe next time might be better but not for a long while. Stay safe, happy and healthy.

Very interesting place to go.We love homemade soaps, oils, etc...We tried their yellow mini plums, actually pretty good.We walked through the lavender labyrinth and saw the herb garden. Very cool place, but didn't get a chance to try out their lunch.Definitely a place to check out if you're in the area.
