I made a solid used car purchase here. Tonya made the process easy as I made sure to do my due diligence with inspecting the car a couple times. I was very pleased by the fact that she was willing to hear my concerns and helped me wherever she could. She certainly made buying a used car feel like I was buying a new i5. Very pleased overall. Great service.

Made appt for recall service, then they made me wait 30 minutes to tell me that the recall was not applicable to my vehicle until certain symptoms appeared. Then why didn't you tell me that in the initial phone call before you gave me an appt time. You made me waste gas and time off work to drive40 miles back and forth. Your staff need better customer service skills!

Awesome dealership! Both sales and service are run well and the employees truly care about their customers. I won't take my BMWs anywhere else for service and parts. Plus the selection of Klim gear is the best in the area.

So as you can see, I had a bad experience with this dealership. They have my entire history and know all of the issues I have been having with my car. Their response to me to basically ignore my complaint or review is to say, "We are so very sorry your recent experience. Can you please send us a direct message with your contact information so we can reach out and discuss this with you?"
YOU KNOW WHO I AM AND HAVE ALL OF MY INFORMATION AND KNOW THAT I AM UNHAPPY. I CALLED BMW NORTH AMERICA TO LET THEM KNOW AS WELL. IF YOU SINCERELY WANT TO HELP ME, THAN YOU CALL ME BECAUSE I AM DONE TRYING TO GET BMW ROCHESTER HILLS TO DO THE RIGHT THING. I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT AT YOUR LOCATION FOR OVER 15 YEARS!!

I had been looking for a pre-owned BMW and have worked with several BMW people at various dealerships, even out of state. Hands down, Zach Abbott at BMW Rochester Hills was the best. He knew what I was looking for and followed up with me when cars came in, was detail orientated, straight forward and communicated well. What I really liked was that he took the initiative to help me without me having to always prompt him. Unfortunately, a rare trait sometimes. I would seek him out next time I want to buy a BMW!

Purchased my BMW cpo car a few weeks ago. Just randomly stopped into the dealership to see what they had available. Zach was my contact person and immediately welcomed me in… we test drove a car and he also showed me another one that I knew would be the one. 2022 430 i x drive convertible!! Great experience at a dealership I had never been to before… one week later I picked up my car it was inspected, touched up a few minor issues and looked brand new!! Thank you Zach

came here a few weeks ago for an oil change had an appt and they said that i had to wait due to the warranty but my car needed it. went to the one in bloomfield hills and they said i should have gotten it done a month ago and was taken care of lol ridiculous

Do not go here for service. I purchased my BMW in Sept. of 2023. I began experiencing an audio issue 2 weeks after getting it. I took it to this location because they're near my home and explained the issue. The tech Mike kept my vehicle and gave me a loaner so they could analyze the issue. I thoroughly explained what was happening so they could assess the problem. The very next day, I received a voicemail from Mike that my vehicle was ready for pick up, he gave no detail regarding the findings. When I picked up my vehicle, Mike wasn't present and my keys were handed to me by another tech who didn't know what was done to the vehicle. On the paperwork I received, it said that a system update was made. Within 72 hours, the issue resurfaced. I called Mike back, and brought my vehicle back to the service center. This time they kept my car 5 days, just to tell me they were unable to replicate the issue and maybe it was due to me using an android. Mike recommended I use an iPhone, well I did and the issue still persisted. At this point, I'm frustrated and speak with the service manager Tiffany. Who pretty much said her staff is young and inexperienced, she asked me to record an audio of the audio issue so they can further assess the issue (I thought this sounded stupid). After months of dealing with this, I finally decided to go to BMW Bloomfield to resolve the issue. After only 1hr of having my car, they were able to identify the issue, ordered the replacement parts I needed and repaired my issue 3 weeks later (when the part arrived). I will NEVER return to BMW Rochester.

This dealership has never treated me with kindness or respect. I took my X7 in for an airbag module issue. Long story short this issue was apart of a class action lawsuit and in the end BMW admitted they knew these cup holders were defective and agreed to fix them at no cost to the customer. I get a call from Nikola Benedict the service manager who needs me to approve a $1,015 fee to fix this issue they are supposed to fix for free! I’m appalled and disgusted at the way I was treated. These people know for a fact they are supposed to fix it for free but wanted me to pay over $1k… I can’t understand why I am being treated like this? It makes me think it’s race related. Benedict is never polite or respectful to me EVER!

Tonya is a seasoned member of the sales team at BMW, Rochester Hills, which worked in my favor as she navigated the process from start to finish with few hiccups and reduced wait time. I just bought my second car from BMW of Rochester Hills. I have been very happy with the dealership, and particularly happy as the result of working with Zach Abbot, my salesman.. He was great about helping us choose the right options and kept us informed of progress all through the build and delivery process. He still checks up on us to see how things are going.
The car arrived in perfect condition (beautiful), and the dealership provided an individual whose responsibility was to help new owners learn how to use the many new electronic features. This was very helpful, as the new electronic controls make driving a different experience.
This review is supposed to be about the dealership, but I can't help it... I just can't say enough about my new X5E plug in hybrid. It is a driving dream come true! Ask Zach to show you one.

Zach Abbott is an excellent client advisor! He goes the extra mile to help and is available, even on off days, to answer questions and coordinate service or whatever is needed. I would recommend working with Zach on your next BMW purchase!
