ever since Troy left, their service is terrible They don’t know what’s going on with your taxes. They don’t know when they’re gonna get them done. They end up throwing your information back at you and they don’t wanna do it. Maybe they should get in a different line of work.

Very Rude! Unprofessional. Very nasty attitude. Sets appointments and then pushes you out the door when the next appointment gets there!

I've filed 2021 taxes with Derek and 2022 taxes with Kevin. In both cases, they went above and beyond what was required to help me get the maximum possible return. Not only that, but they charged me very reasonable fees for their time and services. I've since moved states and still continue to work with them for my returns. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tax support

Gordon is the worst. I got recommended to him and the guy messed up on my taxes and tells me it’s my business cpas fault instead of me getting a return I’m now owing money thanks a lot
