Highly recommend Auto Pro’s! Staff is very friendly and professional. They were able to help me get the best price to get my breaks and rotors replaced. They even checked up on my car one day and one month after being replaced to make sure everything was okay.

Brought my Dodge Journey in to be serviced for a charging issue. Was met by a knowledgeable, courteous staff who explained they would assess the vehicle and contact me. I was contacted quickly, my vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up within the next couple of hours. I would recommend auto pro of Shelby to my friends and family.

These guys go well above and beyond what I've experienced at other shops. Brought my car in for an oil change & some battery-related issues.
They listened very well to the various problems I've had with the car, asked great follow-ups, and clearly explained both what they will be doing to inspect the problem and potential next steps.
They went the extra mile to contact the shop I bought my battery at to get a replacement for me (other shops probably would have tried to sell me a new battery they had). Even if it hadn't worked, them calling the O'Reilly's showed me they are willing to go that extra step to help out the customer.
Finally, Wally provided a long-term plan to ensure I don't run into a similar issue in the future.
Great customer support from both Louie & Wally throughout. Could not recommend this shop enough.

We had ac issues on our Focus beginning of the summer. We had multiple ac recharges done over the las year or so but the problem kept coming back. This time we were seeing refrigerant leakage. Another shop told us this couldn't be fixed. Auto Pro not only accommodated us on a short notice but were upfront on how they were going to address it & what it would cost. They found a broken piece of pipe, fixed that and recharged the system. The ac has been working great all summer! Thank you!

Had an electrical problem with my 4 year old vehicle. Checked with my dealer and was informed would be a 7 to 9 day diagnostic period with no loaner available. I then went to Auto Pro of Shelby and discussed symptoms with them. They spent about two hours with diagnostic and repair and I was out the door. Totally satisfied and will be my auto service provider going forward!?

I have been coming here for oil changes. Great prices and super fast service. I was in and out within less than 30 minutes. Lou is always a pleasure to work with and Wally is great with his follow up to check in on the work after completion.

First time I got an oil change without feeling bamboozled! They were welcoming, kind, and respectful. They were clearly quite knowledgeable, and used their knowledge to help. I was even offered coffee while I waited! I’ll be back!
