I brought our family Rabbit in to get checked as we has losing his balance and after paying for the exam, was told that they think they know what the problem might be, but refused to perscribe him the life saving medicine unless we paid $500 worth of lab testing to confirm the already suspected problem. Long story short, our Bunny's symptoms are getting much worse and he is dying. Although they seem to be quite polite, you can know a tree by the fruit that it brings and this Veterinary seems to be just another one of those who put money before the animals well being.

I felt it was important to share some updates with fellow pet owners who are considering this establishment. While I initially believed the care they provide for pets was excellent based on their social media presence, I’ve since come across multiple troubling reviews that suggest a different story about the level of care they offer.
In addition to my concerns about a specific staff member, a young woman with curly hair who has been involved in inappropriate relationships with underage individuals and exhibited questionable behavior on social media. I’ve learned that she has attempted to cover up these actions by attributing them to influences from Japanese “Lolita” culture, which she claims to have picked up despite being almost 30 years old. Although she appears to have shifted her attention to dating older individuals, they are still significantly younger than her, which remains highly concerning.
Given these revelations, I advise fellow parents to exercise caution when bringing both your children here. While some of their online content may suggest they care for pets well, it’s highly important to consider this and other concerns to ensure everyone’s safety during your visits, from a concerned mother.
I’ve rated this review as 5 stars to ensure it gets seen by more people, even though my concerns are serious.

My 1 yr old cockatiel got outside and was gone for 6 days. Dr Dixon told me about a facebook page for lost pets. I posted and within 4 hr had my bird back. He had flown 13 miles away. Dr Dixon treated him and he is home safe and healthy. Soooo very very grateful. Great and friendly staff. Dr. Dixon was wonderful.

Great vet hospital that can
get you an appointment in usually less than a week, told me my kitten couldn’t get his rabies until 16 weeks however they can get that at 12 weeks old…. so I was very confused with that. Other than that it’s a great vet hospital.

Great place, our gecko was very I'll and they helped alot. He ended up passing but ARK made the process a whole lot better.
Plus NO one not even the emergency hospital could get us in. Guess who could though? That's right ARK they got us in 10 minutes within us calling. Plus the woman answering the phone was amazing.
So thank you ARK

Great Veterinary Hospital! Traffic is horrible due to the never-ending construction on the highway parallel to the road the hospital is on, but this place is seriously worth the trouble. I highly recommend going here!

I hate seeing the bad reviews of this place, so I guess you should take from this what you will and form your own opinion.
I have a 1.5 yr old German Shepherd, Koda, who has been coming here since he was 8 wks old. He was the runt of the litter, so expectedly, he has a few random health issues. Skin allergies, bilateral hip dysplasia and a cryptorchid (undescended testicle). All have been seen, diagnosed and thoughtfully cared for by Dr. Fleischmann. Most recently, was the decision to neuter now that Koda is old enough. (Which is incredibly appreciated that this vet is knowledgable about the new data showing large breed dogs should wait to be neutered until the growth plates close which is around 1.5-2 yrs old.) As a cryptorchid, the neuter requires an additional incision into the abdomen to locate the undescended testicle and remove it before it has the opportunity to become cancerous. He had his surgery 5 days ago and he couldn't be doing better. It was a same-day surgery where he was dropped off by 10am and I was called by 4pm to pick him up. He quite enjoyed his drugs, so they gave him a little extra time to monitor him to make sure he was good. I got him home, made him as comfortable as possible and followed the instructions for his aftercare, and by the next morning, he was ready to chase down all the bad guys like nothing ever happened. The incisions are healing beautifully with minimal to no swelling which I think is a testament to how skilled she is at performing this surgery. Keeping this giant ball of energy calm is the hardest part about this entire process. As far as the cost, I don't think I've really paid much attention to their rates because I have pet insurance, but cash price was around $1100 which I would gladly pay 10x over for my guy to receive the care he did. I will continue to bring my pets here. *Edit to add: This amount also covered a needed vaccine, microchipping, 6 mo supply of flea/tick/heart meds and additional meds for the discovery of a skin infection during the procedure. *2nd edit: We are a regular patient at this office and when I say regular, I mean 1-2 appts per month since he was a pup (gotta love GSD’s), so we are super familiar with the care and staff.

went to 3 different vets same day and finally found ark. my rabbit was acting weird and wouldn't eat or drink. ark had me schedule an appointment for 1:30. i took my rabbit home home just incase something would change with her and i wouldn't need the appointment anymore. 1:03 i called bc she was finally back to her normal self and they said they have to charge me a late fee of $80 dollars even though it wasn't late for time. don't think i'll go again if i need to make an appointment and have to cancel for my fur babies.

I was a new client and they were able to get me in same day to see my beautiful bearded dragon. Although we received some bad news everyone was so wonderful and professional, such an amazing experience even though we were there past closing time. I'm so grateful that there is finally a local exotic vet I can trust!

My mother was charged $1000 for the visit and meds to help her rabbit, Carl. The poor thing died 2 hrs after she got home. I'm very convinced they knew he was not gonna make it. All they wanted was her money. I highly suggest a different vet.
