I cannot believe the rudeness i experienced today at 9:15 pm at this location. The man was upset that I got a big flip for the .89 I walk to the front and he said you have to get a food to get at the price. I said oh no I’m so sorry I don’t want food but I just get a sulpree instead . The man wave his hand in my face telling me to get out in front of customers
I was very shocked and nervous and don’t even mention he used a racist gesture and speaking to another man that not of the same race as me to my face telling about me
I will fight for this and you will not get away with this. I own. Business as well never do that to a cleint
It’s ok for small business to stay professional but because this is 7/11 no professionalism needed and talk to people may kind of way
This days are gone and I will fight for my voice to be heard this is rude and I travel the world and always met many people
Stop being rude because we don’t look alike

The employee who is the Indian wear mask at night accused me and my cousins of stealing, but we didn’t do anything wrong, just looking around to see if they got the item we wanted. I’m suggesting you guys to go another store.

I went yesterday and got the $5 pizza special. The clerk made me two fresh slices. Excellent service, I recommend this location.

You get one star and you deserve none!!! Went to get the kids their free slurpees on 7-11-24 at 7:30 pm and what did we see…a sign on the door saying ‘No more free slurpees after 7:00.’ The slurpee machines were working just fine!!! By the way we will never be going there again and the 7-11 on Garfield & 21 Mile gave the kids their free slurpees without an issue. I gave the 7-11 on Garfield 5 stars!!

The Indian lady in the morning always try’s to over charge me on my monster energy drinks every time I go there. There is a promotion deal for three of them bought at the same time. She doesn’t ring it up with the deal and then acts like she doesn’t know why it won’t ring up. 3 times this happened. Plus when you’re at the counter she’s trying to finish some other task first and makes you wait. Decided yesterday is my last time going there. Been a loyal customer for years. Go to the one on 21 and Garfield they know how to treat customers

This store is always fully stocked and carries a lot of items. I love their coffee selection. They have freeze dried candy and a lot of hot food. It is always super clean.

I visited the store last week and hot food case as well as grill was fully stocked and fresh. They have a lot of variety to choose from especially the cooler doors. Barely see any empty holes in there which is not very common as I always shop at 7-Eleven and most of them have empty holes and not as much variety as this one, impressive!!

Quite a few negative things I’ve encountered. This 7 eleven likes to overcharge you for items. I buy the same things between locations and for some reason the items at this location are marked up compared to others. Not thrilled about that. Also, Taquitos are burnt to a solid crisp 100% of the time, they also don’t have a proper sanitized location for the tongs (they keep them with the bags everybody puts their hands on). On top of that there have been multiple occasions where I wanted to stop in on my lunch break which is limited time and I come to find a “closed, be back soon” sign on the door with the door locked. The Middle Aged bald gentleman closes the entire store and ignores me when he saw me at the door just so he could mop the floor lmao. Like how lazy and incapable of multitasking must you be!! He even went on to accidentally make eye contact, roll his eyes and proceed to the back to hide until I eventually left one time! after my half hour lunch break was about to end. It takes 2 minutes to drive there from my work I was waiting over 25 minutes for a slurpee and lunch during my 12 hour shift of busting my rear end just to be ignored by somebody that sits on a chair behind a counter most of their day. I’ll be doordashing from another 7 eleven from now on.

This store is also a gas station, the service was a little slow. The attendant I believe was new, at least I hope they were. The attendant was friendly and accommodating just needs to pick up the pace.

Went in to get an extra large fountain drink, Caramello candy bar and a coca-Cola in a bottle. Total was 7.60. I gave this dude 10$ and he hands me back my change, A dime a nickel and a quarter back. Now that’s clearly not the correct change back. I didn’t notice till I was back in the car and was over going back in to argue for my correct change since he never gave me a receipt so I have not proof to this dude that he gave the wrong change back. Make sure you don’t use cash there and makes sure you look at you’re total this place will scam you. Not to mention their soda machines and slush machines look very unkept.
