I recently had to visit the Fox River Automotive at 10876 Fox River Rd, in Seney, MI. I had gotten a flat tire up in Grand Marais and had to find a place to fix my tire. I thought it was a simple.patch or plug repair but I was wrong. It turned out that the tire has a cut in it and could have caused a blow out while driving.. The guys there changed my tire and then yhe owner spent some time locating a new tire for me. He really went out of his way. A good place.

We started our vacation off great by arriving at Germfask safely. However, the same night, we decided to get ice cream, and the truck was making a weird noise. We were fearing the worst, wheel bearing. Recommendations from a local store pointed us to Fox River Automotive. I have nothing but kind words to say of Gramps. I've yet to learn his name. Google said he was open. However, we learned differently. Despite being closed, Grandpa took our truck for a ride and advised us of our problems. He even received a phone call from his family telling him breakfast was ready. It's very scary to be 6 hours from home and no way to get around . We are blessed and thankful that Grandpa took the time out of his schedule to diagnose the issue, let us fix it on his property, and a promise to come back after he visits his family from Pennsylvania. His grandson was pretty awesome, too. He didn't have to help at all. He could have simply stated his business was closed and closed the door. May Gid bless this man and young man.

We had trouble with our AC in our Suburban and were on vacation. We stopped in and they were able to fit us in last minute and get us all fixed up in about 45 minutes. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend!

All around professional and caring experience. Punctured a tire driving around the back roads. They looked at the tire the next morning and said they could fix it. I ended up having them put on 4 new tires (the tires were needing to be replaced and there was absolutely no pressure to buy new tires). I was in and out in an under 2 hrs. Fantastic service.

Huh i believe that we all need help and hes the only guy around left me with a loud car and told me to switch tire to cross them and sound would go away so i couldn't believe hed give me a car louder then ever thanks again

We had trouble with a tire on our recent vacation to the UP. We found this business through Google, and fortunately were only a few miles away. The staff was kind and friendly and took time out of their other work to change our tire very quickly for a reasonable cost. They also helped us find the closest place to purchase a new set of tires.
