I have used this service for over 10 years and bought my 1,000 gal tank from them. They came out and ran the gas line to my Generator and were professional. Always prompt and they do fine work.

Been using this company for over 50 years. Never had a problem until recently. The new driver refused to wear mask inside our home. Had to eventually call the office to get him to mask up. He tried making us hook the hose up ourselves as if that wasn't his job. And he snitched? to the office claiming he could smell our marijuana grow and that he had to walk through them to get to the tank. Which is a complete fabrication as the tank is nowhere near said grow. Not to mention marijuana is completely LEGAL! Smh so sad to see such a long standing great company reduced to this.#thecustomerisalwaysright????????

We had an agreement with this company that for each fill the driver was to collect payment. After a year with this company none of the drivers even came to the door to collect payment. They would show up at around 9 am & go straight to the tank & then leave with no contact. Some days we weren’t home & other days we were sleeping. Every time we called to have them take money out of our bank account we say to take out on a certain day. Each time the lady on the phone said “no problem” but every time they tried to take the money out of our account is was days after the certain day we all agreed upon. We owed them $150 from last winter ( that we tried to pay over the phone SEVERAL times so we still have propane) BUT last week 2 jagaloons come to take their propane tank at 10am while we were still sleeping. Did they knock on the door to tell us they were taking our tank? No. Did blarney castle give any warning before taking our tank? No. Did we still have 60% of propane left? Yes we did. None of the jagaloons could tell us why they didn’t go up to the door. All they could tell us was we owed them $150. Would we have payed them if they came to the door before just taking our tank? Yes bc we like to be warm. So don’t waste your time or your money with blarney castle

COVID is running through their office. Driver came to work sick and did not take any days off, visited houses and business filling tanks. Other office members have gotten sick and their families as well. One family member of an employee passed away from it. Blarney Castle is not taking this seriously, no masks being worn.
