Vandenberg's is a furniture store with nice higher end furniture. Our bedroom set is Amish made (not bought here) and we have Stressless furniture in our living room (again not bought here) and since they carry these as well we thought we'd come to see if some other pieces we need we could buy here. They do have some pieces we saw that we liked but although we did we were just looking and wanted to browse around alone the staff person (woman) kept not only following us around, but suggesting things and 'let me show you...' It got annoying really fast. We've been at numerous stores so far in our furniture search and never had this happen before. We were not impressed - at all. We left and I would give the store itself a 4 to 5 star; but that staff person a 1 star. I know everyone is different but if someone says they're just looking around please leave them alone! When they have a question or want your help they'll let you know.

I bought a couch from Vandenberg Furniture at the start of Covid, almost three years ago. One of the buttons on the tuft on the back of the couch broke within a few weeks. We contacted the store and were told that no one would be able to come to our house to repair the couch because of Covid. We placed a blanket over the couch to hide the defect. We recently decided to have our couch cleaned, and when we took the blanket off, we remembered the broken button. We contacted the store and were told that it would cost $150.00 to $200.00 to fix. When we explained what had happened during the outbreak of Covid, they agreed to honor their promise to fix it, even though it had been almost three years since we bought it. Not only do they have the best furniture store in the area, but they also follow through on their promise to provide great service.

We ordered two special order couches one was correct the other was not and they wouldn’t let us return it and only offered to pay full price again for fixing it. The furniture is quality but I highly recommend you see exactly what your getting on the floor and make sure you love it bc they do NOT allow returns whatsoever and it’s extremely expensive furniture!!!! Honestly should have left a one star.

This was our first purchase with VandenBerg…it was during Covid so the lead time was 6 months but I can tell you it was worth it. We had an issue with the mechanism, called the store and was put in touch with Josh-people! You have nothing to worry about when Josh takes care of it! He went above and beyond with our service and we highly recommend him if you need it. And when you buy from them- he is the best in terms of customer service! Thank you Josh!TSH- Mattawan

After a mix up with our delivery on a Friday, and we had given our old furniture away and had nothing, Josh went in on a Saturday morning and loaded up our sofa himself and met our salesman Tom at our cottage and they delivered our sofa and set it up themselves!! You will never get that service from a big chain store. They definitely have my family and friends business for future purchases

Great selections based on your budget and salesman spent a great deal of time to fit us with the right furniture. Didn't have to wait on an order as we were able to purchase the sofa and love seat that we tested.

Our purchases over 30+ years have been superior quality in every way, and the sales team at Vandenberg's make furniture buying a pleasure. There were never many retail businesses of this quality, and there are even fewer left. Anything you buy here will likely be in use by your grandchildren.
