I highly recommend Next Level for so many reasons. My girls have taken classes, small group lessons, and private lessons with coach Hannah. While they were pushed hard, techniques were broken down, expanded upon, and perfected which made them better players. The girls' skill levels have improved tremendously and even more importantly, they gained confidence and believe in their abilities.

I can't say enough great things about the UP Volleyball program! The coaches are exceptional. They genuinely care about each player's development, ensuring every participant feels valued and included.I love the emphasis on sportsmanship and teamwork. Instead of focusing on winning, the program encourages players to support and uplift each other. This approach not only builds character but also creates a positive atmosphere.The program caters to all skill levels and allows kids to learn and progress at their pace, boosting their confidence and reducing any unnecessary pressure.This program has been an incredible experience for my child. She's not only learned valuable volleyball skills but has also grown as a person. Huge thanks to the coaches and organizers for creating such a positive and enriching program.

Kudos to Coach Katrina and assistant coaches on the 12U practice team. This programs is a MUST DO if your child is interested in volleyball. I was blown away by the organization, attention to detail, instruction, life skills, and growth during the last 3 months. My daughter can't wait for the next season!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

We have enjoyed Next Level for the past 3 years. We love all the programs they offer and love all the coaches and trainers. The experience is so much more than just sports. They truly are improving young people in every aspect. Can’t wait for many more years with this organization!

Next Level has provided a positive environment for athletes to grow and excel not only within the sport but also as a person. My daughter comes home after every practice or clinic all smiles and excited about what she learned and how much fun she had. I would highly recommend Next Level!

My daughter’s volleyball skills and knowledge of the game have grown tremendously, even in this short Spring 2022 season. She has also grown as a teammate and a leader. This whole experience was phenomenal for her as an athlete and a kid. There wasn’t a game or a practice where she wasn’t pumped up to get there and wanted to be the first to arrive.I attribute this to:(1) the conversations Katrina and I had, encouraging her try out for 12U, despite being 10.(2) the decision of keeping the team small to optimize the girls’ play time.… And, mostly, to Karsyn Draime’s coaching. My daughter connected with Karsyn right from the start and was always excited to see her and respected her input. Karsyn is soft, strong, encouraging and fun! She helped the girls learn through mistakes. Every time there was an error in a game, Karsyn took the opportunity to course correct. She provided a foundation for the girls to trust and encourage each other. She took the chance on my daughter to learn the Setter position. She was so happy about this throughout the season that she would tell our friends and family about the significance of this job for the team. ☺️Thanks, Karsyn and Katrina, for such a great experience.. We look forward to whatever we do next in the NLP program. Looking forward to more fun with our team in the Grass League and try outs in the fall.

Our daughter attended the volleyball fundamental programs here and it was a great experience for her! Her improvement was remarkable, she is a much stronger overall player. Coach Katrina is a classic "coach" who pushed all of the girls hard, but was also quick with a compliment and very supportive. Coach also worked on intangible life-skills, this session she focused on being trustworthy, but she also helped teach how to be a good teammate and to show each other support.We highly recommend!

Mike Webster @ next level performance is hands down the best baseball trainer in the area. Our son has been training with Mike for six years. Year after year our son's baseball skills have improved, in many areas, hitting, fielding, pitching and most importantly has developed my son into a elite player. Our son would not be the player he is today without Mike @ next level performance. Mike always shows up with enthusiasm and always teaches real life skills along with great baseball training. If you want your kid to excel at baseball and want your kid to step up his game mike is your guy. We're looking forward to many more years with Mike and truly appreciate what he has done for us, not just baseball but also lasting life lessons.

My two elementary aged sons love baseball, but needed improvement in skills and knowledge to keep enjoying the game. By the end of the first session they both improved tremendously and I have no doubt they will keep enjoying baseball. Thanks Coach Mike.

Our boys (ages 8,6,4) did the baseball clinic with coach Mike. We loved the experience and appreciate how coach is patient but also no nonsense. It’s apparent that he is knowledgeable and passionate and the boys came away with some confidence, new skills and joy for baseball.

My daughter has been a part of many Volleyball clubs over the years searching for a place where they improve ALL the players skills, treat and teach respect, hard work, teamwork and communicate! We have found all that with Next Level Volleyball the past few years! I’m so thankful that Coach Megan, Katrina and Chad have had such a positive impact on my daughter and her confidence. I can’t say enough nice things about this program!!

Next Level Performance Volleyball has an amazing family friendly environment! The directors and coaches are amazing! They not only help improve the girls volleyball skills but help them grow as young women! I have 2 daughters who have grown so much from being a part of this organization!

Next Level has been a great addition to Schoolcraft. My daughter has taken softball lessons for 3 years with Mike Webster and can’t say enough good about how hard this guy works for kids. He is always thinking about fundamentals while letting them have fun. We have also played in the instructional leagues and most recently the Fall Ball League. Thank you Next Level and especially Mike for working so hard for our kids.
