0 star review. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. Dropped a vehicle off 3 weeks ago for a fan clutch repair. Called once a week to get an update on a vehicle. After being told it would be done 5 days ago when originally dropping it off (getting parts wasn’t the issue) called today to get an update because I’m going out of town and need said vehicle I was told to come pick it up because I’ve called too many times. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a mechanicService: General repairs & maintenance

I can’t speak highly enough about Lovell! I drove a vehicle I was considering purchasing to their shop and they were so helpful. It gave me so much peace of mind to know that someone had looked at the vehicle and gave me a sense of maintenance that might be needed. Great customer service and very kind staff. Strongly recommend!

Robie is awesome. Very good and honest with his work. He fixed a fuel issue on my ford edge this morning in less than an hour and charged me half of what the dealership was going to. I highly recommend him and I think I've found my new mechanic. -Ashley
