Evan was Amazing!! This was my first car purchase and I was nervous. I wasn't sure what to expect but Evan took me through the process in such a caring and understanding way that by time I left I had no questions left and was educated on my car and my loan. The whole staff at David rice Auto are kind, caring and good people. Evan even made sure I was covered in every way possible should anything happen with the car in the next 3 yrs. Called in about a Jeep grand Cherokee they had. The guy on the phone was very disrespectful, would let me talk, and when asked what I wanted to pay on a car (which was $21,000) the guy said “not gonna happen”? Horrible customer service.
