Stopped this evening to make a purchase. I walked up to the counter to make the purchase and the gentleman behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me. He stood there looking out the window. I said bad day and again he didn’t acknowledge me or even look at me. He actually turned his back to me then looked out the window again acting like he was angry. I also looked out the window thinking something was wrong. I didn’t see anything going on so I waited. He just stood there acting all mad. I asked him if I should come back and he very rudely said I’ve just been waiting for you. I apologized saying I didn’t realize you were waiting for me as you didn’t acknowledge that I was even here. All this time his coworker is laying in the the back seat of her car smoking a cigarette. I will never go back to this gas station again. Needless to say I called BP customer service and filled a complaint. Never have I encountered such rude service

Staff today (January 5th in the afternoon) was extremely rude and off putting enough where I will not return to this gas station. If I were the owner I would remove this employee immediately before he ran off more regular customers!!!

Stopped here to get gas while travelling this morning so that I could use the restroom. I didn't even need gas yet. After filling up, I started to go inside when I saw a sign on door that said No Restroom! I've never been to a gas station that didn't let you use their restroom. That was why I stopped there. Very poor customer service.

Do not go to this place. Very racist. They have a sign that says bathroom out of order, but only let some types of people use them. Been out for several weeks. If you look well to do or a employee it's open, if your homeless, black or whatever reason they can come up with its closed. Never will buy gas at that station again. Plus employee was very rude after I had to wait for 10 min while she used the out of order restroom.

Lady at the counter is rude. Terrible gas station.In response to the owner, I was working in the area, and needed to use the bathroom. I planned on buying a couple of drinks after I finished. I asked the woman working where the restroom was, and she told me that it was closed. I asked if there was an employee restroom I could use and she just stared at me. I left without buying anything, as I would have had she not been so abrasive. I work in an outdoor job, so I have to come to a gas station every now and then to use the restroom, and I always buy something to support the business. It's too bad, because I went to the Speedway down the street, and spent my money there.

Female cashier at roughly 12:10 pm on July 1st was rude and condescending towards my father and myself over him trying to fill up his gas tank with a $100 bill since his gas light was on and instead of being given an explanation as to why she couldn't take his $100 bill, she just repeated herself in a frustrated tone. When I came up to check out for my Dr. Pepper, she proceeded to ask me in the same frustrated tone if I had any $100s, trying to publicly make a joke about it. Not interested in even stopping for gas in an emergency if that's how the staff behaves towards their customers.
