“After 57 years of driving in Michigan, I finally hit a deer on a dark, rainy night which demolished the grille and right front fender of my mint condition 2012 Dodge Ram C/V. Took my van to Dunshee based on their reputation as a reliable, high quality shop and was not disappointed. The repair work was beautiful and they even did a complete detailing to the interior. When they called to let me know the van was ready to go, I was shocked to find out the final price was almost a thousand dollars LESS than the original estimate! “Wonderful customer service! Highly recommend!I had a couple of dings from stones on my windshield. Insurance paid for the replacement. Josh at the Desk told me it would be an hour and it was just under. Josh, the tech doing the repair, was very nice which i appreciate. Had a concern when i got home, so i called and talked to the original Josh. He talked me through the concern and helped me figure out what do, even though it had nothing to do with their work. Great customer service!”
