“They stand behind their work. We bought a salvage vehicle from them in 2019 which they restored to brand new looking. One of the things they had to do was replace the front bumper. The bumper came pre-primed and the primer failed. It is now 2024. They replaced the bumper and repainted it and it cost us nothing. This is the 6th salvage vehicle we have bought from them and they have stood behind everyone of them.”

“After 57 years of driving in Michigan, I finally hit a deer on a dark, rainy night which demolished the grille and right front fender of my mint condition 2012 Dodge Ram C/V. Took my van to Dunshee based on their reputation as a reliable, high quality shop and was not disappointed. The repair work was beautiful and they even did a complete detailing to the interior. When they called to let me know the van was ready to go, I was shocked to find out the final price was almost a thousand dollars LESS than the original estimate! Nice, honest folks and superior workmanship, you just can't beat Dunshee.”

“These guys all went way out of their way to fix what 2 other Freightliners couldn't/wouldn't. Tried every which way to get our fix covered by warranty but sadly couldn't. They were personable and the waiting area upstairs was fabulous with recliner chairs, TV, showers even for the truckers. Vending machines and free water and coffee were there as well. We've been here before but didn't appreciate how wonderful they are until experiencing a few other Freightliner facilities in other areas of the country. I would highly recommend this place!”

“Wonderful experience with Blanchard's. I took my Navigator to several body shops for an out of pocket estimate and Jake blew them all out of the water. I have taken a previous vehicle here before and had a great experience so I knew my vehicle would be in good hands. Jake and his team completed the repairs in the estimated time frame and came in under the quoted estimate. I did have to wait a few weeks to get the vehicle in, but it was completely worth it. My Navi looks good as new! Thanks guys!”
