“February 18th 2021 i called for a tow off w ave. I was told they no longer offer towing. They reccomended vicksburg towing. I called vicksburg towing. At Vicksburg towing he told me he was one guy and wouldn't be to me for three 3 hours. Thankfully a good Samaritan showed up and pulled me out with a tow strap and refused my cash.”

“Happy as can be. I actually ended up here totally by accident after having a terrible experience at another Chevy dealership nearby and calling Cole-Krum thinking (oops!) that it was the other one. Their used car manager was the one who answered my call, and he treated me with absolute respect, despite the fact that I was telling him all about my horrific experience as if it happened at this dealership, before we figured out that I'd actually gone to the dealership in another town close by. To make a long story short, he more than made up for the experience I'd had elsewhere, and he made the entire buying process an absolute breeze from start to finish. He connected me with Jim in new sales, and it's been the most fantastic process. Jim was very upfront with the timing around when my car would arrive, he kept me constantly updated, and he went so far as to actually deliver my car to my house and pick up my trade-in. Absolute gem to work with. In the end, I'm just happy I called them by accident, and I'm happy I gave them my business. The other dealership lost out!”
