“Happy as can be. I actually ended up here totally by accident after having a terrible experience at another Chevy dealership nearby and calling Cole-Krum thinking (oops!) that it was the other one. Their used car manager was the one who answered my call, and he treated me with absolute respect, despite the fact that I was telling him all about my horrific experience as if it happened at this dealership, before we figured out that I'd actually gone to the dealership in another town close by. To make a long story short, he more than made up for the experience I'd had elsewhere, and he made the entire buying process an absolute breeze from start to finish. He connected me with Jim in new sales, and it's been the most fantastic process. Jim was very upfront with the timing around when my car would arrive, he kept me constantly updated, and he went so far as to actually deliver my car to my house and pick up my trade-in.
