I will start by saying that I was driving long distance when my car broke down a couple of miles from Damon auto part. The weather was not favorable and I'm from California so that was not fun. Had to be at the Detroit Airport at 5pm to pick up my 90 year old Dad who never turns his cell phone on. Anyway, they looked at my car right away, rearranged some other clients Auto Repair schedule per their okay. They figured out the problem ordered the part,and got me out of there in two and a half hours! So many bad stressful things running through my head on how I was going to get my Dad, if I was even going to get out of there that evening... They were super nice and went above and beyond to help me out. If I could give more than five stars I would!MelisaSan Diego ,Ca

Damon Automotive came to our rescue while we were vacationing in Michigan. We needed an alternator in the midst of a power outage and had a time crunch to get back to Chicago for flights home. Bob and crew, despite the power outage and backlog of many other repairs, were able to order the new part and install it in record time! And the price was right! Traveling back home to Wisconsin from Detroit we had a bad hub bearing & we thought we could make it home. The wheel started to wobble so we got off the highway & thankfully found this mechanic shop close by. It was a Sunday so we got a hotel & Monday morning they took care of us right away! Nice clean waiting area & great customer service! ????????????Very grateful for their help!
